@@CoachDaveHotlaps that’s really cool. I’ve heard it’s like the AMG. If so I’ll probably switch to it cause I love the heavier front engine cars
It's a blend of Lexus, M4 and Mercedes to drive, tough to rotate, hard to control on exits, thirsty but very fast on straights. Should be fun to drive and unique to anything else

Nice Job. Fun to see the amount of oversteer and wheel correction just 'cause of TC 0 Meta. Sad to see setups are made for meta not actual beginners tho.
A full on safe setup is also there on release for those wanting consistency over outright lap time, we put a lot of time into that 🙏
I’ve found full throttle in second gear in pretty much all cars with 0 tc is very doable especially when the there’s no steering lock and the car is pointing straight exiting a corner 1 is usually an automatic spin for me 0 tv does gain you insane amounts of time tho especially at monza I adjust it on the fly corner to corner

With the Ford competing in GTWC Europe this season, I think this was a late request, the Corvette is still only entered in GTWC America for 2024 from memory.

Is the brake bias on the Mustang GT3 being front engined, RWD.. over 60%?
I gather like the amg GT3 & Corvette C7.R.. their is so much torque you can use the higher gears to pull you out of the corners..
Almost all cars in ACC right now you want to run as low a BB % as you can get away with, even front engined cars. Front engined cars will all default to around 60% or over, but to get lap time out of them you'll want to run it lower if you can.

What's the correct steering lock for the stang?
Is better if u do automatic. O have on 1080° but can be u can change on 900° or even less. Depends what u have set in your base. I have thrustmaster t300- stock set is 1080° so i did same in game
I think a 1/1 ratio feels better than doing auto setting. At least on PS5.

It's been a thing since the introduction of V1.9 a year ago, just the way the new tyre model interacts with the TC logic.
Why does acc not have a spectator mode but it has replays from track side that’s seems like a bit of an oof
You can spectate with the free cam if that's what you mean? By pressing F7

i feel like they just copy pasted jaguar sound :/
It is the Jaguar sound with the Bentley sampled in too, high quality samples were very tough to get hold of with the car being so new (only released at Daytona in Janaury)

Not at all, we wouldn't have worked closely with them for weeks if it was a rushed car! Like any other car, real data was provided to make it where it was possible 🙏

I just got ACC last weekend. How can i get the Mustang ?.
The Mustang was a free update, so no DLC was required, you just need to ensure you select the "open series" BOP in the main menu and it will be available to be selected.
Is there any track that will actually use 6th gear?
If in a slipstream or overtaking yes, otherwise it's best to keep it pinned in 5th and use all the revs where the power is.
Sounds like the aston with a bit more rpm

Correct, for the ultimate lap time it's needed, safe setups are also included on day 1 for more consistency for customers though 🙏

because it's a replay. FFB is not showing in replays, neither do tire temps and tire pressures.

The ratios in the Mustang are very long as the cars uses the same gearset to accommodate Daytona in real life. So 6th is rarely needed in ACC outside of overtaking in the tow.

@@CoachDaveHotlaps I know even the other manufacturers in nascar still use that rear, though different sport seems logical to just use it here, reliable and predictable
It is a custom gearset for the GT3 car. They have yet to make a secondary shorter gearset for SRO and so the sim uses the one they use in WEC/IMSA that also caters for Le Mans next month.

6th is very long in the Mustang, it's almost like an overdrive! Best to generally keep it pinned in 5th
@@CoachDaveHotlaps was there an update? Cause at 230-240kmh it forced me to 6th gear? I use auto shift but I tried downshifting and couldn't down shift
The auto shift won't take into account the power band as it's just a simple driving aid, best to use manual gears.

Just the way it has to be for the ultimate lap in V1.9, safe setups with TC on are also included though 🙏
@@CoachDaveHotlaps safe setup on 24h Nords has TC 0 and is undriveable IMO.
