It's a bit b tier... But very very solid despite it being quite mid in terms of budget. It really was quite well done which surprised me. Plus anything with Leslie Nielsen is worth a watch at least for him alone.

from all accounts Hawkings never did anything on the Island, he is only written down as having visited once along with a bunch of other high profile physicists for an event and this was 2 years before the first account of dodgy stuff happening so i think we are safe to say Hawkings didnt do anything dodgy on that island

This is an under appreciated ones. Its fine. Not great. But there are some really funny moments in this movie. But nothing will top The Wayne family creating comedy movies. "Im gonna get you sucka", and "Dont be a menace to society while drinking your juice in the hood", are great "spoof" movies you gotta watch
When I get stressed out and need to decompress, I light a J and pop on this shit and die laughing. Kevin’s bits always fucking 💀 me. Drake did great too. It’s literally Drake from Drake and Josh but he’s got super powers 🤣
You should also check out the Johnny English trilogy, a parody of James Bond
I’m not a of “Superhero Movie”, but what I do know is that Drake Bell also provide the voice of Spider-Man/Peter Parker in “The Ultimate Spider-Man” which I don’t like it.
Most of those scenes at the end are in the extended cut.
I have seen this movie multiple times. I love Drake Bell, Kevin Hart and the humor

Just to be fair by movie math.. This movie sadly just "broke even".. with the logic being the budget x 2 = break even point. Too bad this didn't make more..I don't really know they would have had that much more for a sequel but.. It had enough of it's own moving parts to make me enjoy it enough to want to see a bit more.
This was when there was a definite decline in quality of spoof comedies starting.
Even spotted some straight up recycled gags...william shatner walking out from behind the frame in Airport 2, Nordberg getting flipped out of his wheelchair at the end of Naked Gun (even used the exact same dummy somersault!)
IMO these movies hit rock bottom with 'Date Movie', to this day that is the only movie I've ever switched off halfway through, it was so bad.
not like they're nods to the movies that leslie nielsen starred in, must be recycled jokes and the falling of parody movie
