Also the warden was likely not despawning because the string duper was making noise and alerting it
I assumed with how confidently you said we were getting the string re-routed in this episode, that we probably wouldn't be getting to it in this episode.
You've gotten me back into minecraft once again Juice. Your laid back delivery inspired me to indulge once more in the therapeutic gameplay of minecraft ❤
Since you talked about things looking nice, it would be cool if you made the string farm look somewhat like a underground fountain, with some plants around. Like a natural oasis you ended up founding or something. It would look pleasing to the eyes and would add some variation between the rooms you are creating
And then the strings would be the foam of the fountain
The string duper is causong the shrieker to activate! The skull sensor hears the string from the water stream passing by and activates it
Algorithmic engagement as I sit here watching my poor bedrock iron farm wheeze out golems. Should make the ceiling in that central room a dome or something!

I have a suggestion for solving the end issue. Create lore for the world. Add in why is it that you have to stay underground and based on that you'll be able to know if steve can go to the end and add in some constraints.
Thought of it because i thought if you were to be minin but happen across a revine or acave that makes it so you're under skylight without intending to be outside. Would it be considered a day out or not? Depends on the lore. If steve can't be above ground because the air is toxic and he can't spend too much too frequently in order to stay alive and heal then this situation would make it so you can't be out for the next 10 days

Oh! You should make a big iron golem farm above the giant trade hall, as long as you place slabs on the roof where the trade hall is, they will always spawn up there, and you got a lot of iron from that too! (If needed i could deisgn a mostly efficient golem farm if i had the world download available too)
That's exactly what I did in the start of on of my worlds (except I used the villager breeder not the trade hall) since it was easier to make than the traditional zombie + villager farm. Not as efficient, but it worked well for me when starting a world. I just had to cover everything in slabs, carpet, and buttons within a 30 block radius of the villagers. Including inside the Villager breeder.
My trade hall never spawned golems since the villagers couldn't mingle, but the golems spawned a lot in the breeder but only during the day.
@@trapperodiejz7sediteor361 yeah! It's more efficient of a farm if they are being scared by a zombie somehow, letting them mingle is slightly slower
villagers need to sleep every few days to spawn iron golems
@@n0150 That's a good point to keep in mind. But, If it's a mingle iron farm over the breeder, the villagers would sleep every night as usual. All you're doing is controlling where the iron golems spawn and automating the killing system.
why can you not just build the string duper above the trade hall and have the string fall directly in the chests

On your comment of learning redstone, I learned what I do know of redstone after utilizing many youtube farms, and paying attention to how stuff works, so now I can actually make circuits and compact redstone on my own a bit. Also, the warden's shriek attack ignores armor according to the wiki.
14:40 I also feel like enchanting tables got considerably worse in the newer updates. Never seen it mentioned anywhere but level 30 upgrades were trash for a while
If you want to learn redstone, build simple contraptions from the net and figure out how they work. Then do the same with bigger stuff. You have to learn what each component is capable of and how to string them together, and that's the easiest way to do that.

Great video! I’m addicting to this series so far and I’ve started my own underground only world. I think that for the end u should be able to go there and defeat the ender dragon and loot end cities but once u leave the end u can’t go back so u have to pillage the end and grab as much as possible but u can never return to the end again.
Holy cow you have me so much anxiety walking back and forth next to the lava while just casually talking about the nether.
I personally do a combination of enchanting table and librarian; The Enchanting Table can put most of the enchants on my tools, like unbreaking, Efficiency 4, Silk Touch/Fortune III, then I can throw the last few enchants on with books.
Perhaps you could make a diamond pick graveyard to memorialize the mostly dead picks.

FYI, once you get to the nether you can use soul sand bubble streams to move items that you're moving with water streams vertically, so pretty soon you'll be able to run your items above your thoroughfare and over to your trading area without spending a bunch of resources.

I definitely relate on the redstone stuff. I love watching redstone videos by Ilmango and such, but when I try it myself I just get so frustrated xD. I'm so impatient when it comes to this stuff.

I'll be honest. I've looked into redstone, myself, and even knowing the basics, it's got such weird quirks that makes certain designs do things that I just don't understand. 😂
go in the end but with an obligatory blindness potion that protects your eyes from cosmic radiation. For a very brief moment you can look around using a pumpkin, as that still protects your eyes to a degree, but that can only be brief and for orienting... because its really painful for you, so you want to aboid it.
I think you should be able to go to the end whenever, but only to fight the dragon and raid end cities. No farms, no builds (except maybe like a base inside the main end island)

There are a few farms that take no redstone that really help progress the game. An iron farm and an automatic carrot farm come to mind.
bro you can make the hoppers from the string duper face sideways
that means you can add one more row of chests
that makes it a total of 3 rows of chests (you can store 62208 string)

i actually hate the deep dark update. theres way too much of it. it should be much more rare to find cause its so annoying when you want to do anything underground.
I think the end has so little going for it in this series so the only restriction for it should be against exp farms. It's just not that good of a place for anything

You Should use Carpets to cover the bedrock in your path

do you happen to know how to do this ..
if you placing a lot of eg. planks and your toolbar runs out, how do you bring the next stack of planks into the toolbar without having to stop and open the inventory? if u know what im trying to say lol
@@vcka you have to look at the block you want to pick(eg. if your placing wood planks and have another stack, look at an already placed wood plank) and middle click.

Bro,your villagers offer enchantments on lvl 2(gotta thank mojang newest update for that),enchanting table lvl 30 offers lvl 4 and 3 enchantments and you can use your villager pickaxes to max them(grindstone then back to enchanting table then anvil to combine) out without the need for books and with your 73 lvls you lost you would have CRAPTON of great pickaxes,axes and swords if you'd want to cause you only lose 3 lvls and 3 lapislazuli each time after lvl 30
you can not instamine deepslate at all, which imho is super stupid.
