I don't know why fan's are lamenting we have never won in fc Porto stadium since time in memorial but at home we are equally good
Issue is that as the game progressed, it was evident that is what the opponent wanted and for them to get a win under those circumstances knowing how well they can play frustrating football was intself frustrating. They just needed to make sure if they do not win, they don't lose it.

For me this game is another step forward for this Arsenal team . I never expected an easy game against Porto having watched then play the very best in CL. They are superbly organised and clinical on the break...So we needed to play a controlled game to avoid falling behind and spurring the crowd to get on top of us ...we pretty much achieved that ...that would only help us gain more confidence for the rest of the season.

For me it's a clear example of mediocrity. Spent the whole 90 minutes with no intention of going forward. Sloppy passes, terrible controls, no creativity whatsoever. No single player can be saved. They made enemy teams look like U13 in their last few games, and now they show this kind of display? Arteta afraid of playing his style out of the Emirates. He hasn't won a single knockout game in Europe away (5 games). It's pathetic tbf. Arsenal has way more quality and phisicality to not be afraid of a team that is playing a 41yo CB as a starter.

The way I see it, we needed to win the second leg even if we draw this match. A draw in the second leg was never going to take us through.
The away goal rule is not.draw or not arsenal need to win the second game in order to pass.
