  • The Ducati Hypermotard 950 is a fabulous bike. It’s a hoot to ride and the grin factor is huge. We must admit that we were all fighting for the keys when it came to test riding or datalogging this bike. Ducati have designed this bike to be more linear to ride than the 939 it replaces. However, there are still improvements to be made.
The biggest gains were made at part throttle, we removed some of the power restrictions that are set in the ECU and fixed the lean fuelling to improve the throttle response and remove flat spots.
The remapped bike produces an extra 6bhp at max output, has perfectly smooth power delivery and with the removal of the power limitations the delivery has been made more progressive and linear.
All our remaps are developed by us, in house, in the United Kingdom. We never supply third party or cookie cutter maps.

Nice work!. Did you get round to doing a map for the Decat as well ? Also is the mapping only for the sport mode or does it apply to the other modes ? If i cannot send the bike to you could i still get a reflash for 950SP 2022 with SC slip on and arrow Decat link pipe?

Hey! Great video. I used to ride ktm 690 2020 and Husqvarna 701 2018. Tested the new 2020 950 hypermotard, but it didn’t liked it.. It has more power, and it goes faster, but clutch up wheelies feel electronical limited. Even with abs on mode 1 and tc off. Is there something you can do about this?
Im now thinking about buying a ktm 1290 as this bike is faster then my old 690, and doesn’t cut your clutch up wheelies..
But, if the hypermotard wouldn’t have this “problem”, I would definitely buy this one.
Curious about what this bike will do with a decat.

Thanks for the kind words Laurens. We also love the 701 and the 1290, we have owned both of those bikes. As far as the Hypermotard is concerned, it's possible to turn the wheelie control off in the settings.

@@BHPUK hey, thanks for the fast response! I know you can turn DWC (Ducati wheelie controll) off in the settings, but for some reason this “problem” still occurs. A lot of my friends experienced the same “problem” with the 950. Feels like it just cuts your clutch up electronically, even with dwc off.
Do you guys have any experience with this? It feels like the same as when you want to do a clutch up wheelie with your 690 and tc is still turned on.
When do you guys have planned the new video with the decat?
