Yea man that dehydration can sneak up on you in a hurry. I drink alot of water & Gatorade in hot weather. I usually drink 3 liters a day of just water & i try to throw in a Gatorade or something else like a snapple apple. If you do get dehydrated try the Gatorade i v stuff. It seems to help with cramping. But you Cant beat bananas for that. Potassium helps alot with cramping. I get them bad in my legs & abdominal area if i dont get hydrated enough.
Yeah I didn’t drink enough and I paid for it definitely! Yeah I have lots of Gatorade and Powerade I also have some IV pouches from Sam’s Club but I didn’t even think about them until it was too late! I use to get dehydrate back in my powerlifting days and the cramps were horrible! But I have to always be thinking about it because Saturday night was horribly bad. I’ve decided I’m not going to do all that in one day anymore and I need to get my boys trained up on using the weed eater to take on some of the load! But thanks for looking out Bro!
Oh yea, have you tried a shimano zodias rod? I found some cheap & was wondering if they are a good rod. I just ordered a megabass destroyer p5 wind buster from a different Japanese place to throw small swimbaits & grubs. Im going to get an excense 3000 mhg from Japan lure to go on it. Ive never had a real high end spinning set up, so i finally broke down & got one. 😅
Yeah Zodias is a decent rod but at the price point it kinda loses its self a little but it does look really good! Those Endurance reels are legit! My buddy has a few and they nice! You can never go wrong getting Megabass rods as far as looks at performance. I still love my Levante rods that I’ve had for 4-5 years and I think they’re like 200$ on Japan lure shop.
