Can u recomend fast action rod for bfs? Looking for something budget friendly
Yes it is a very nice rod for the price. My only gripe is I wish the handle was a little shorter but that’s a personal preference of mine. What price point are you trying to stay around? I what reel are you planning on pairing with it? I’ve been on Reddit a lot as well trying to answer questions.

Most reels with magnetic breaks the magnets can be removed or some of the magnets can be removed. Even high end reels are that way. Its so you can lower the magnetic breaking strength to your preference. Abu and lews both can be removed easy or at least the multiple reels i have can be. That looks like a solid reel and maybe manufactured in the same factory as lews lol
@@blind_eye_fishing yeah I’m pretty sure it’s manufactured in the Lews factory but I’ve never seen magnets that come out that easily but first time for everything I guess.
@@dbbfishing2528 I've had many that come out easy. I've had them jump out while removing the bearing in the side plate for either cleaning or upgrading it lol. A lot of lower to mid level lews and abu garcia do that. Some reels do have one or two that's easily removed too to lower the breaking strength in the reel. Most the time those are over breaked anyway lol. Some people need the over breaked ones to keep from backlashing but some of us have been casting baitcasters so long it hinders our skills lol
Hey d, love the channel. Most of the histar reels are just POS's that are light. I have the auroura and yes it is fishable but not smooth or anything like a Jdm reel. We all review this junk and say good things but we know it's just crap. I review this junk too. The acura, doviello reels are decent . The haibo arise air is the best one i've used. Kindom micro monster is alright too. But make no mistake i'd rather have one aldebaran then 10 cdm junker's. Hope I didn't rain on your parade. Tight lines my friend
You make a very good point! Mostly I do this for my budget minded subscribers but I do like the Arise, Silver Feather, Acura, and Valiant eagle 2 a lot they’re more on par with some JDM but most of the other CDM reels other than Seasir are pretty much junk but usable
@@dbbfishing2528 Yep, I am done buying the cdm reels for a long while. What seasir would you reccommend for an advanced hammer like me?

I just recently got into BFS fishing and have a Dragon C662L that I love, but would also like a little longer rod (7' or slightly over) with more or less the same power since I mainly fish open water (perch fishing in EU, 90% with single hook baits). 3-12g is the highest I wanna go I think or else the rod gets too stout for my smaller baits. When I look at the Tsurinoya range of rods I get a bit confused since several series seem so similar and seem to overlap a great bit (Dragon, Hacker, Proflex, Fox Hunting...). I've been looking at this Hacker C732L as an option, but wonder if the action is "too" slow (stated as MF). How would you compare it with the Fast action of the Dragon? I like the look of the Proflex better btw, but there's no 7foot+ L power model in that series. I really like these gear walkthroughs by the way! If you could also include a weight of the rods you're unpacking that would be much appreciated. Thanks!
I've got the silver giu. Mine weighs in at 102gr or 3.6 oz. I think the spool was as advertised at the 3.2gr. It can cast .2gr. Cast testing with 6lb braided, mifine illusion. Distance was about 6 yds, but was from feet position not rod tip. Was only acute when turning brakes way down and casting in a slower/softer motion. I was not impressed. Thanks for the review, first English review I've seen on the reel.
Didn't know anything about this reel until the next vid... Did you try cleaning bearings and all and oiling Any bfs reel that casts 6yd doesn't count as something it can do.
No i did not.Cast testing was done straight out of the box. Like I said was not impressed with its performance. I was hoping for at least 8 to 10yds for the creeks I was going to fish. I'll have to test how low it can go and still get to 10yds.
I’ve put some .6 go on and 6lb leader. Not impressed with it so far other better reels that are cheaper and way better quality and fish ability for not much more money!

99g is the silver. Ersion, the red version is like 104. Plenty of people are talking about it but for 2.5x the the price of the Aurora Air people are hesitant be ause theu are so similar.

@@MrUCL it’s a very nice rod! It’s always under my truck seat. Very sensitive and made very well for a two piece rod.

Older video, but coming from a serious lure junkie that has glides up to $170...These Swerve glides are pretty damn cool baits! I have all the colors & some of the newer 6" sizes.....bought some of the Swerve wakebaits too....haven't tried those yet...$20, it's a no brainer for a Glide bait...the colors are some of the best I've seen
