How can this be the same house - interior verses the exterior at beginning of video?? Outside is a cottage and inside is like a very large dream home. I have been through many show homes. So the outside shown at first could not hold all that.
Unless of course that is a huge boxy addition hanging off the back in the left corner side view. đ€đ€š

Like the copper guttering...must have been a pretty penny! đ
I'm not sure it's actual copper. It's expensive and would be a little unusual for a house like this. The gutter and downspout look painted. Anyway, copper looks good when it's new, and the patina it develops is pretty, but that turquoise residue gets all over the place. Messy.

Iâve watched several videos, the houses are very attractive with nice curb appeal! All the interiors are over staged. I want to go through and remove things from walls and tables. Too large a bed in a bedroom makes it difficult to move around. Too much furniture for the most part, makes these houses seemed cramped.

Oven is too faraway from kitchen triangle, how come designers forget this, it's like they have no concept of cooking in a kitchen.the oven and pantry need to be switched. Love the outside, once again old looking house with modern open concept inside. Leave the old style.
Nice, open floor plan. One comment is that in almost all of these DK Southern Living plan videos the decorating seems overdone. Too much on walls and shelves, imo. I do like the kitchen and overall plan, though.
You lost me on the lay out of the house. It's furnished very nice but I like to see how the rooms layout starting from the front door onwards.

Donât like seeing straight into kitchen at front door. Mine doesnât always look the best! House seems cluttered to me and donât like floors. Too busy.
