Thank you for the great photography which did NOT jump around, but revealed the rooms and objects as one would see them in person. I enjoyed the succinct narration, clearly explained decorating strategies, and list of contributing companies. Well done!
Glad you enjoyed it
So tranquil.... ❤️ it
White color scheme is done so much now. But this home is warm and welcoming. White done right! Loved it.
The bricks were also arranged in a special, wave-like manner, which gives the building its unique character. The white paint on the brick surface also adds a rustic character that gives the building a lot of charm.
Mrs. Howard is one of my favorite designers. Her interiors always have a calm, graceful elegance. So glad we got to see her show us this beautiful home with her daughter.
Valerie Jones Holland on Sea England fantastic if I won the lottery I would have and your daughter find a house for me I enjoy watching thank ýou
Just so beautiful…well done
Many thanks!
I don't appreciate bleached-out neutral spaces... never have, never will. With that said, these two did a good job creating a neutral environment that was appealing enough for even me. The house is actually stunning. The architect did a fantastic job, and I especially love the ruff hewn beam work throughout. I'd definitely spend a weekend there.
I'm a person who likes a lot of color, but oh did they perfect the neutral look. Beautiful. Phoebe Howard is amazing at explaining the design!!!
Phoebe Howard and Nellie Ossi did an amazing job with this home. It is lovely, calming, interesting, and fabulous. I appreciate the video explaining all of the details that they created.
Glad you enjoyed it!
So beautiful
Thank you so much
Beautiful ❤
Thank you!
Just magnificent…in every aspect. Kudos to you both!
Thank you very much!
So tranquil and subdued! Just love it!
So many designer show houses are overdone.
Love the style of the home too!
Beautiful job inside and out!
The outdoor spaces are just dreamy!
Great job!
Thanks so much! 😊
Beautifully done! I really loved the indoor and outdoor dining table settings, especially the green glazed plates on the outdoor table!
Thanks so much! 😊
This was the best tour/reveal video I have ever watched. By far, the most informative. I enjoyed every bit walking from room by room with Phoebe Howard describing the vision she and her daughter Nellie had for this beautiful home. Looking forward to their next project reveal.

Gorgeous 😍
Perfect entryway! Open living space divided by oversized area rugs 👍 Fantastic outdoor living area!!
We agree!
Although I prefer colors, I find the design very elegant, well thought-out, cosy, timelessly modern. I especially like the photo selection. Very successful and not just oriented towards decoration.
‘A couple pairs of poofs’ awesome
Most extraordinary home I’ve ever seen! Wow. I don’t have words to describe it’s beauty!! What a great job.
Thank you! 😊
What a beautiful, harmonious home. Love the old beams - and the shoe mould mirror. Well done, mother/daughter team!
We agree!
Just love the outdoor space, stunning
My office is down the street from Fabricut...so hard to avoid pulling in and drooling over the textiles. EPIC company.
Such a beautiful job! Very inspiring. I, too, have a war with floppy flanges!
Lovely. I think the shell chandelier would be a nightmare to clean. But, this home would have circulated filtered air.
Love how you put all together.
Love it all! Such a gorgeous look.!
What a lovely home, however, the outdoor area should be screened. I've spent so much time around the waters of the Low Country & I'm familiar with the gnats, skeeters, and a few other flying critters. 🤔
My first thought as well! Any gathering at dusk and you and guests will be prime eating. (Not to even mention Palmetto bugs targeting any light (and your hair) in the evening. Ick.
Screened porches are ubiquitous in The South for a *reason* y’all.
Not to mention the gators!!
It's skillfully and beautifully done. These ladies definitely know what they're doing. But I just don't care for neutral decorating.
Interesting to the eye would be a bright color in each room, possibibly red, yellow, purple, maybe green…something to brighten it somewhat!!!
I really enjoyed this tour and the spaces
Absolutely stunning ❤️
A significant issue w/ sponsored design houses is that the designers are constrained by sponsors. There is entirely too much product selected from the sponsors.
Absolutely Gorgeous I loved it all. 🤩
Thanks so much! 😊
Gorgeous!
Beautiful! Love the muted tones!
Love this! Beautiful!
Thank you so much!
A large budget allows for a spectacular finish.
Fabulous ❤
Momma's really good, best regards. I love great Artisan's efforts.
Love flower magazine!
Very informative and well done interior!
One single word , Waoooo !!!
Amazing!!!!
Thanks!!
Loved it
stunning!
Thank you!!
Very charming.
This is gorgeous! Is there a source for the kitchen table? I love the stone top and unfinished edges.
What paint color did you use on walls and trim. Thanks
How do I locate the kitchen Banquette? I’ve searched on the Lillian August website and am not locating.
Too blend decor for me personally.
Beautiful but the chairs in front of the fireplace are too high in back. I would swap those out definitely. Also the butting board on the wall above the bed….not right. I get they were after the natural warmth of the wood but I think a better choice could have been made. The guest room side board decor looks too Grandma-ish. I love the soft naturals in the home and the textures. That king bed is awesome. I would also have put automatic retractable screen blinds out the back.
Agreed on the fireplace chairs, as the camera angle makes it look like they dominate the sofa in the next room. Same fabric, though.. it looks so cuddly.
So beautiful- please please where is the Palaza sofa from- who is the manufacturer?
It is from the Mr. and Mrs. Howard Collection for Sherrill Furniture: mrandmrshoward.sherrillfurniture.com/
Brand of wood floors???
I am interested in the King Tuscan Bed; trued to look it up online/no info available?

I appreciate the texture, but I am uninspired by the lack of color. It doesn’t speak low country to me.
A los cuartos de visita les hace falta un pequeño closet, no se porque no les ponen, que la gente que llega a quedarse no lleva ropa, en donde la cuelgan?
Any estimates on the square footage of the house?
It is a 4k sq ft house
Um, nice pieces in and of themselves, but the all neutral thing is just boring. Not mention a nightmare for a real family with kids and pets.
And the home builder… what *WERE* they thinking about when they chose not to have a screened porch space??? Insanity in this region.
Beautiful architecturally, but too much white. Needs some pops of color!

All white -beige decor in a low country setting is just a nightmare of cleaning. Uninspired. Look to Bunny Williams for some inspiration.
Where's all the Flowers? Disappointing...
It’s boring, looks drab and dead. I love muted color schemes in low country homes but plants or an occasional darker stone or wood piece are needed to get some focus and contrast. To make things interesting. The outdoor area had some with the beams and green plates but frankly nature would have supplied the contrast there. The mix of textures was great but not great enough. Loved the breakfast room table absolutely perfect for its use.
So much money for so little wow. Nope. 😒 I have seen some great work from Flower House. This is not it.
A couple of pairs of poops ☺️.
It’s just too bland…
Beige, beige, beige.....call it whatever you want but it is still beige. Boring, budget and designed to appeal to the masses.
Too beige

Excellent job ladies
I would have more color
