If I were building a house in South Georgia, it would be this. A nearly perfect design. My father was an architect and my standards are very high.

I do love this home but when I try to email or text you no one returns my message I would like Sq ft, front footage, side footage or width and length. And if I can a few things on this home to make it the most perfect home ever, in my opinion!

There is no way that I'd have a stackable washer and dryer. I couldn't even reach the controls! Laundry room way too small.

Could be a pretty place. Most of the hanging “artwork” is ugly and ruins the house.

So GLAD that the designer didn’t do the “pale beach/ocean-front look.” I live in a coastal region in the south that has been invaded by retirees from across the US. They’re all wonderful people, but every one of them has decorated their “cookie-cutter homes” in pale “coastal colors” or gray…… To each their own, but I want to say every time I visit one of these folks, “Y’all don’t live on the beach! Y’all don’t live in FL! You live on a pocosin/salt marsh!! Decorate like it!” 🤣🤣🤣 Thanks for respecting the history, beauty, and warm colors of our Low Country . ❤️
