    My testosterone levels are twice as high today at 36 than they were when I was 31.
    Here’s the story:
    Five years ago I was a heroin addict in a free medical clinic.
    At the time I was 31 years old.
    Their blood tests told me my testosterone levels, and I give those exact numbers in this reel (both before and after).
    For the next five years I focused on just a few things:
    1. Doing a regular mix of both strength AND endurance training - as the human body was designed to.
    2. Quitting substances: first heroin, followed by alcohol, nicotine and then caffeine - reducing these may make a bigger impact than you realize on your system.
    3. Adding an extra half to one hour of sleep by dealing with my insomnia and embracing short naps whenever possible, even just in my car between construction jobs and training sessions.
    Do you HAVE to do ALL of these things perfectly to improve your test?
    Of course not.
    But by doing them I more than doubled my testosterone between the ages of 31 and 36.

    Heroin was the sole reason your test was destroyed. End of story.

    Heroin comes of course with shitty nutrition and sleep habits so of course it would be low but yes all mentioned did improve the results , that why I asked my bf to stop smoking and now pushing him to go to gym
