I almost agree except I anticipate Ireland taking its place in the final. I think it is unlikely that Slovenia, Portugal, Azerbaijan and Cyprus all finish ahead of them. If it wasn't for the large Polish diaspora and good running order I would also put it ahead of Poland and Luxembourg. Betting odds seem to reflect this also.

Tbh they should have placed something like Croatia in the 2nd position, because it's guaranteeed it will qualify anyway so losses would be minimized.
