he is a bit of a shill when it comes to his app but i think the word you were looking for is chill
when you see people like Joey and Juji struggle on things Martins does, it really shows just how strong he really is. Yes, he's WSM and wins all these competitions, but you lose perspective when you see him vs other WSM or on his own videos where hes by himself.
Martins being incorporated into the videos of late has been great…… we need Joey, Juji, Martins and The Bugez…. Ultimate Collab.

Great point Martins... my grip training KILLED my elbows, I had to quit for a month due to severe tendinitis from over training grip.
I always wear compression cuffs on my elbows when doing anything grip intensive, really helps me otherwise things were getting bad for me too!
If I may give you some advise, that worked for me.
Compensate your grip training with exercises that strengthen the motion of opening your hands.

Not saying it’s this, but it could be distal clavicle osteolysis that Martins is experiencing. It is common in overhead athletes and when I do shrugs or any moment that involves that traps, I get pain right where he mentions he is having it.
When in doubt, chalk it out.

Those farmers carry handles are sweet! What kind are they?
They look a lot like Slater ones but the handle is different. The rope and angle of the weight shafts look pretty similar though.

Hi Martins, I have heard you complaining about your shoulder naggin you for some time now and I heard you mentioned on this video that one of the best things you can do for your grip is hangs, but I wonder if you do that every day. There is a channel I found DrJohnMKirsch, I was looking for something to ease my shoulder pain and this guy is saying that hanging every day will help the shoulder by reshaping the part of it where the rotator cuff muscles rub against and cause pain, he explains that from his surgeon perspective, I hope that helps, I just started doing the hangs while relaxing my shoulders every day for my pain.
Would you still do the sport if it was instead of strongman called "derp lifting"?
