Considering the location, I don’t think it’s expensive at all. At that price, it will be even difficult to find a chalet near a lake at 1 hour drive from Montreal

@Taylor and BTW the last house was far away from beach and yeah, u atleast need $500K or more to be close to beach in California
That's not a tiny house, probably still costs at least half a mil if its within 3 miles of the beach, 300k plus for sure.

these are NOT tiny houses...what are they taking about
I don't like the new format where you show less of the house choices! If you wanted to cut out something to make the episodes shorter, I would have spent less time in the beginning talking about the couple and what they wanted. I always skipped that part because what I wanted to see were the houses!
