They probably recruit heavily from Minnesota High Schools. Minnesota is filled with these tall lean athletes. Comes from the heavy scandinavian descent in the area

I was in the semis against the eventual state champ at our area's qualifying tournament and I got the first takedown which I think pissed him off, he then proceeded to take me down like 3 times and tilted me once and the only other points I scored were escapes and he majored me. This match reminded me of that match, he looked good for about 15 seconds lol. I didn't get teched for the record though 😂.

@@michaellowry7675 easier said than done. Gross is a complete beast at defending shots. Reminds me of Jessie Delgado's scrambles.
CJ B agreed he is. But in 2018 I remember watching Tariq Wilson of nc state take him down a few times, and took him to it. If bravo young could find some finishes it would be an awesome match.
Rby wrestling is crazy good
I could see the Minnesota kid causing problems in March. Maybe not an AA but could see him in the blood round.
I know the ref I was a staff member for the Las Vegas cliff king invitational he’s really nice I messed up a lot and he always told me not to worry about it.

The Minn. Wrestler seems like he isnt puting much effort defending the takedown. I would expect a two time high school state champ and Jr. College champ to put up more of a fight.

Cosingus Palpatine 444 RBY definitely came back with a vengeance but Boo was gassed. He’s obviously huge for 133..
I wrestled with boo in high school and he was 106-113 until his Senior year he was finally 120 and way to tall for his weight class as well as he would over cut way too much weight all the time wearing loads of sweats and sauna suit during practice with tape wrapped around his sleeves
