He's outscored his opponents 85-1 in his last 5 matches in D1 Wrestling. I believe only 1 person has made it out of the 1st round against Lee. Let that sink in!
Hes doing this in freestyle as well he Teched Darian Cruz who was NCAA Champion in 2017. The score 10-0 and ended very early in the 2nd period. Spencer Lee is just so dominant and if he decides to go out for the US Olympic team. Guys Like Thomas Gilman are S.O.L cuz I dont see anyone beating Lee.

Not ahead of Zahid. Pins are weighted more than tech falls, and Lee hasn't really been pinning guys. Given how dominant the Hawkeyes are, I figured he'd spend more time trying to pin his opponents even if it could mean that he wrestles longer or maybe only gets a major instead of a tech.
Steeve Cantave Thats a joke, one dude has made it to the third period this year against Lee. Valencia has gone the distance 6 times this year. As far as dominance goes, it’s not even close. Valencia is a great wrestler obviously but he damn near lost to Venz.
@@znhait sorry, its not even close here. Once he secures the takedown, esp if he gets the 1st Takedown its over. No other wrestler puts up 10+ points faster in the 1st period.. there was still time in the 1st.. He's that good
Lee is amazing.
The way Lucas fought off his back at 1:30 was impressive. That kind of fight is what wrestling is about just as much as Lee's dominance.

Best top wrestler I’ve ever seen. I would pay to see him and Austin go at it in practice as Austin’s pace is insane. Highly recommend watching Austin v. Spencer in the PA state finals during their senior year. Great match and story (for Austin).

The OSU scouting department must not have gotten the memo on the Lee cross wrist arm bar tilt. Well it's not like Lee has ever used it before.
I'm no wrestler but this kid knows how to read body language real fast. The first take down at 1:11 using a fireman, the OSU kid makes a bad mistake by stepping into the Iowa wrestler with his right leg and the Iowa kid sees that so fast and executes the take down.
There is not a wrestler at 125 from Ohio that can last 6 minutes with This Pennsylvania wrestler.

Just curious...why would any kid from Pa. not want to go to the most dominant college wrestling program in the past decade that also happens to be located in Pa.? I guess this is the only way for other programs to compete with Penn State...somehow convince some of Pennsylvania's top talent to go elsewhere. Yes...I' m a 'homer' when it comes to Pa sports! Anyhoot...what this kid has done is simply amazing! Keep up the good work...until you face Penn State ;).
