@@robovac3557 I agree it was bad, lots of plotholes and things that don't make sense, but the last couple episodes changed my mind a bit. I think a lot of the poor decisions show things like Dexter losing his touch a bit, explains why Harrison was so out of control, etc.. and Kurt was a fantastically acted character.
He's probably the nicest guy in the world but he TOOK his nitche as being the A**hole character and has worked it to perfection. He's severely underrated as an actor

I remember the first time i saw him - he was a monster! Not really, but he played what I would consider the benchmark for all over-the-top bad guys playing an immortal in the original, ‘Highlander’. If you haven’t seen that flick, it’s worth a watch just to see his performance. Great actor and fun to watch.

The original Highlander is the only one worth watching. That being said, that movie was epic! I saw it in the theater when it first came out and have been a fan since.

❤ He played the woodshop teacher in "The Goldbergs" and the had two Highlander clubs at that school. And in one scene he said. "There can be ony one.. highlander club". It literally gave me goosebumps..
I met Clancy Brown back in the mid-80's in a book store in the Beverly Center in Beverly Hills, CA. He was researching his 'backstory' of the role in the then, upcoming 1988 thriller, 'SHOOT TO KILL' (Roger Spotswoodie - dir., stars - Sidney Poitier, Tom Berenger, Kirstie Alley).
We spoke for about 10 minutes and he was truly a gent through & through. It's professionals like Clancy Brown that make working in this, or any business, worth it.

Rich is one of my favorite interviewers. You can actually feel his genuine excitement we all share when meeting our favorite celebrities and how he asks the same questions we all have. He does it without interrupting constantly and just soaks in what his guest is saying. His crew is top notch, too. Rich would make a great late night host.

The short HBO series Carnivàle was only 2 seasons but was great. Clancy Brown played the evil minister and was great. If you haven`t seen it check it out.
I was so disappointed they didn't do a 3 and final season.

The Knick and Tabboo. I think they were both from FX. Check those out.

It's very refreshing to see the real Clancy Brown as opposed to the times he plays mean characters. I guess that just shows how great of an actor he truly is.
The first movie I saw Clancy in was “Love, Lies and Murder”. He played such a diabolical character that it made me think he was really evil. His role in “Shawshank Redemption” didn’t help! In reality, he seems like a nice guy.

I never saw Dexter. But who could forget Shawshank Redemption? And I remembered him from Highlander. But I was so surprised when my best friend told me Clancy did the voice for Mr. Crabs. It was like an neurological time-bomb when I looked back and realized he was also in Bad Boys and so many good shows! I love this guy! PS., It was during this video that I realized he was in The Guardian - mind blown! 💗

When asked if Dexer and Harrison will both survive, he said "There can be only one."
I'm thinking Harrison... It fits the Dexter narrative to always have people he cares about or just anyone die from his actions.
