    Aren’t you going to check the fluid level through the check plug? Thank you!

  • @vangelist.l.d.l.-thelastde2600

    I saw the fluid was clean while was dropping, but you put the arm in front the camera 🤔. And where is the cap to refill the fluid?

    Is there a transmission filter that needs to be replaced with these cars? Or are they just a drain and fill?

      A very new car is different this why you have to check your manual book and see what kind of fluid your car requires and you can do the same process how you can change the fluid we go generation to generation the prices for work is the same but fluid could be is different same like for Toyota old cars takes regular transmission full synthetic but new generation of transmission fluid at Toyota takes CVT fluid because Toyota change all the process and required CVT fluid from dealership you cannot use any other fluid because you been losing warranty and the transmission if anything happened Toyota required don't never change the fluid from the factory until you transmission go down that time you found there is no warranty because your car has too many mileage and you have to get a new car for Hyundai they trying to do the same thing getting CVT transmission to Hyundai but everybody know transmission CVT is bad quality to be on the car because of the fluid in it be charged every 30,000 miles sometimes you need to be changed every 20,000 miles like Nissan that's why cars has been changed on my shop while I am working is menu for check all the fluid and what kind of floor would be on your car depends on your car manual book thank you for watching my videos and please share the video and good luck

    THe problem is you don't show the fill bolt from the top where most home DIY'ers vantage point would be

      First thing to do left the car remove the tires driver side remove the plastic cover to see the transmission then you can see a plug using 1516 ratchet open the plug this is the Phillips sites then you have the drain and transmission pan and there is another pan inside the drain you have to remove it to drain the fluid really good this is the dipstick inside the transmission pan easy process just don't forget to match the fluid the one coming from the car then add the same thing

      And I’ve never seen anyone fill the transmission fluid from the bolt near the back of the engine. I’ve always personally used the plastic drain fill plug near airbox up front

    • @LessExpensivefix
      @LessExpensivefix  Před 8 měsíci +1

      All the fluid or oil has a mileage when time and it be changed the difference between them is transmission is recommend for some cars every 30 to 60,000 miles for oil for engine recommend between 3,000 to 6,000 or 10,000 miles it depends what kind of car you drive is that European or regular car Japanese for the differential for some cars or command even 15,000 or 20,000 or 30,000

      Is better to change the fluid every 60,000 but I think the dealership is going to be turning you the fluid is for life don't trust the dealership because I saw the transmission go bad transmission cost so much expensive

      What are you talking about he looks stupid when you said that I am not working for the dealership to using machine who destroy Transmissions most people they get mad of me because I showed the easy way but you believe to customer spend six to seven hundred dollars just just f****** transmission fluid you are damn stupid because transmission cost you only between $25 just for fluid or you buy the fluid from the dealer cuz you're a little bit more but it's not $600 you're trying to rap people my channel that show people how to change fluid the easy way not many complication like you trying to explain to people Seven Courts even the computer doesn't give you seven course if you work for the dealership that give you seven calls so maybe more because you have to use a big machine and big machine need big flush and big flush he took the car too to the risk to demonstration especially with the car has a lot of mileage because machine is a pressure is like you wash your car inside but inside the transmission and if you stop pressing too much we can damage the transmission and transmission should we get fixed between 3,000 to $5,000 so it's a lot of money so this way we keep it simple easy way

      You’re correct according to the owners manual it says these transmissions hold 9.5qts of Trans fluid

    • @yasha1928
      @yasha1928 Před 7 měsíci

      You do realize you will NOT get all of the transmission fluid out? There's things like Torque converts, valve bodies, and cooling lines that ALL HOLD FLUID.
      You're literally a dumbass and this comment proves that. Stop commenting on videos like you know a damn thing.

      Not really because the rest remains in the transmission compartment, so the best way is use the amount that was drained like he showed in the video. scotty did the same thing.. yella

      Yes you have to use the formula which is recommend for your car or if you're not feel comfortable with the go by the fluid from the dealer or go to AutoZone or Advance Auto Parts and ask for the fluid special to your car you going to give you the same thing
