Born in 1975, I discovered this song in 2020, but only because it made me feel nostalgic. Guess this is one of these songs I heard every now and then on the background. Shame because I love it!
I once saw a short interview with these guys on MTV, and they said something about loving the American TV detective show "Rockford," (with James Garner) "because he is a loser and so are we", or something like that. This was a happy, kind song, with a great refrain and a super title, by a group of guys who didn't pretend to be anything they weren't. Not enough of that in popular music these days, I think.
