30 years now
I know Brian May was so deeply effected by Freddie's loss- besides organizing this- he called on every guitarist he knew to play with him...He didn't want it to be true.. I think Freddie is up there watching.. No more pain, no more hospitals. .just Music, and Friends. This is for you Freddie..and to you Brian..Cheers
John was crying a lot before concert. He didn't want to perform because he was shy and scared without Freddie. but Bri and Rog supported him a told him that he doing this for Freddie. John did it very well cause he is very strong man. ❤️❤️❤️Freddie was one of the most important person in his life because sometimes was Freddie the only one who understood his problems and could help him with them. I love you John❤️❤️❤️ I hope you're doing well❤️❤️.
seen this comment on the other vid
How do you know the story
Love you John and your fabulous contributions to Queen! Wouldn't have been Queen without you!!! ❤️
Poor john😢
I believe that and I've heard how family sticks together..John and Freddie were amazingly close. Its OK John. Thats where great music comes from- the heart
I respect the choice of John for putting an end to his career, but I also respect the desire of Brian and Roger to continue the adventure!
We have loved them for so many years, then why today turn our backs to them?
Finally a clear headed comment👍
Tbh i've never seen anyone sayin bad things about queen or turn their backs on them.
The. Most. Iconic. Concert. Ever.
Fight me
Queen. Live Aid. 13 July 1985
What about Live Aid :D?
Ill fight u cuz it was live aid lmao
The most icónic concert is Wembley 86' where Freddie is wearing his iconic jacket yellow
😂🤘🏻
I remember when I saw that concert. Even today I still say that was the best concert I ever saw.
It is obviously best concert ever happened 😊
Natalie, you are truely blessed to have watched this awesome show.
I was 7 years old but I remember it too!!
Yeah. I remember watching the whole thing on TV. It was incredible. As amazing as LiveAid was, the FMTC was more organized, better rehearsed, better sound mix, etc. And the Wembley crowd for the FMTC, holy smokes.
You weren’t there 😂
Brian May and Toni Iomi on stage playing guitar together is terrifying, pure beautiful Melody with Dark Powerful and Sinister, seriously a combination like that could win wars and would probibly make terrorists run in terror themselves.
the greatest thing about this concert is different music coming together to celebrate one band
2018 needs this concerts back! Most of the music these days are rubbish!
True
Preach man
Absolutely
Sorry man, 2018 is in the past now.... so i guess they better bring back that kind of concert now in 2019...LOL
Spot on
I see that full stadium and I get goosebums. You don't see that kind of concerts anymore!
It is so unfair that the camera never goes on Deacon
Probably he didn't want it to. We all know how shy Deacon is.
compare how he plays here than how he plays on before with the band.. full of life now full of sorrow in his moves
I love Deacon. He was so upset, they all were but think freddie passing was it for him.
see in 4:49-4:53 how impressive John was...even though just a moment...he..he..love john...
Yeahhh I only wanna see him
Roger gave a wonderful performance. So sexy and commanding the stage. This concert must have been an awesome experience lucky those who were able to be there.
Which roger? Lol yeah but both were
If roger taylor isn't the sexiest man on earth I don't know
had a huge crush on roger up until now and brian may too.. damn sexy on stage actually all of the four of them
Daltary I hope
@@luckaspendal9657 no sht! I love love love him!
If I was a security guard at that concert, I'd just be like NOPE I am not missing out on this concert, and start rocking along like everyone else and then start looking for another job!
Anabel Barnes hell yeah i dont understand how they were just standing there missing this out
Security allready have autographs of everyone I know what Im saying Im security myself
elviraelpaso that’s not true. We want to see it as well. Us guards aren’t entitled to autographs.
I didn't know Wembley Stadium is in US I thought it was in London or maybe they hired security from US?
I'm so glad that Brian brought Tony Iommi in. He really made such a great impact in this concert.
The people who disliked were just unhappy because freddie wasn't there
Nice optimism😂😂😂👏👏
Just as Mick Jagger continues to perform I truly believe that Freddie is still performing in Heaven. Had he lived he'd still be strutting across the stage.
Roger Daltreys voice followed by the background vocals were just epic!
Roger Daltery = Ultimate tribute to the man - Freddie Mercury... couldn't think of anyone better to sing this song
I miss Freddie Mercury so freaking much ☹️
Freddie was so very proud of this! Imagine all that positive energy from the concert going up to heavens for Freddie!!
Roger Daltrey's fucking brilliant here. So is Tony, as usual.
this is seriously the coolest thing i have ever seen.
Multiple Legends on Stage.
fredi był i jest niezastąpiony
And don't add up
Daltrey, Iommi and Queen, Lord, what a line up, doing Freddie proud.
Man, music today is so shit in comparison to this. The decline began in the early 00's. So many greats gone too soon rock n roll still ain't recovered. RIP Freddie!
Bubs so right man! old songs have full of heart .. now they just rhymm its already a song.. no meaning no sense
It's really not, there's some great UK bands on the rise at the moment which I would say are better that half of the cheesy hair metal bands of the 80s. No denying Queen were great though
@@louispitman2822 I'm sure there are some great bands out there. I'm a big supporter of local music and always look for new bands to listen to, but I've yet to come across anyone even close to the likes of Queen. I hope some day there will be.
True
all the great ROCK groups have all but disappeared....just some of the classic groups are left, but no new ones coming out. Enough with the teeny bopper pop and R&B. Long live Rock n' Roll!
*God* save the *Queen*
there will never be anyone who can beat the sound of Freddie. true legend with a high voice
The magic of freddie still lingers on!!!!
Roger Daltrey did that song justice and the guitars were AMAZING!
how i wish I was there... This is what rock & roll is all about, pure energy and emotions! Thank you Queen, thank you Fredie - you are still the greatest and we miss you terribly, you beautiful man...
I wish I was alive back then lol born at the wrong time
Freddie.is.daddy that username is just.... wow
@@haley7312 Lol ikr
I remember watching this tribute! Yes, Freddie will be missed and no, it can't be duplicated. BUT this tribute concert was the BEST tribute concert to watch EVER! All performers did a highly superb job on stage! :)
It's a pure joy to be able to hear the later Queen songs performed live, but so sad that Freddie never got the chance to blow our minds with them! Daltrey & co. do a darn fine job here of paying tribute to the great man though - and let's face it, this is music that needs to be performed live... and played LOUD!!!
All Legends here perform just for Legend of the legends. Freddie Mercury:)

Waving 2019 off with a bang. Forgetting about all of these horrific fires that are happening in my country and just remembering a legend.
Love you, Freddie. ❤️❤️❤️
That everyone who believes that Brian and Roger insult the memory of Freddie(By daring keep singing under the name of Queen, for example) open finally the eyes!!!!
Does this concert is an insult or a hymn to the glory of a lost friend?
Brian and Roger, just as we, love Freddie!
Then, let them live!!!
Please!!!
Shut up
Show must go on
Arrangers: «So how many times are you planning to swing that microphone around during the song, Daltry?»
Roger Daltry: «Yes»
Great way to get ready for the upcoming movie.
Who is here in 2022 celebrating 30 years of this epic rock day for a epic rock man?
Literally felt as if I was at the concert, this would have been amazing to go to!
2019 this is beautiful
Yup true
Still wacth this video in this years. Let's get rock n roll

This is brilliant concert tribute to Freddie Mercury. All of them are singing their best, BUT NO ONE-never ever - WILL REPLACE our Freddie. He is the most talented singer, performer all times. RIP.
I LOVE THIS SHOW !!! SO MANY ICONS ALL TOGETHER !
George Beridze zd
1000th like. That was for you Freddie ;D
@clipwatch33r I'm so happy to find a fan who like me, supports the work of Brian and Roger! Too many people have accused them of wanting to replace Freddie, what is wrong!
I dream to see them one day on stage (with John) and scream them that I love them!
Why not this year, it will be the 20th anniversary of this great concert...
Man I love them having Roger Daltrey for this song, he doesn't sing it exactly like Freddie but still somehow still 100% right on the money. Freddie never got to do this song live and Rogers vocals and gravitas seems the closest thing you could get. Man I really wish I got to see Queen with Freddie, he passed the year I was born unfortunately. It would be a super hard choice but Queen would be one of the top choices if I was told I can go back in time, only once, to see a band play live.
God damn though Roger makes me fucking nervous winging that thing around, I can see that mic having enough force to kill someone.
I really like Tony Iommi! Such a gentleman
5:30 the Roger Daltrey's cable was in Brian's guitar 😂😂😂
Jajajaja brutal xD
I love how Daltrey actually hates microphones.
Daltrey almost hit Brian May swinging his mic 🎤 like a crazy 😜 person and he immediately saw what he did. Every rock star tries to have their own thing like Freddie did with the mic 🎤 and the mic stand. Roger’s thing was to swing the mic 🎙 like a crazy person !!!
Freddie una leyenda que vive en cada tributo !!
I look and tears roll ... Freddy is really missing here.😢❤
Freddy needed to see this tribute! Let's do tributes BEFORE these great performers leave "this mortal coil"
Taylor / Iommi / Daltrey - this is an incredible level of musical energy here.
Que perrón! I want it all and I want it now! Awevo!
C'est dingue, mais je me souviens de ce concert 🤘
2021 an we still have not forgot you Freddie rest Easy Dear see ya when I get there ☮️❤️🙏💫
An amazing tribute concert to one of the best musicians of all time
Eu gosto muito da musica de Freddie Mercury eu morro em Manaus Amazona eu Amo todas musicas de Freddie Mercury 😂😂😂😍😍😍
I love the thing Daltrey does with the mic cable, he is practicaly playing on stage:P
Que bonita interpretación
Absolutely amazing
Roger Daltrey is perfect for singing I Want It All
Freddie obviously was better
Wow! Freddie would be so excited darlings!

THE GREATEST CELEBRATION OF ROCK AND FREDDIE OF COURSE
To me the most incredible part of this particular performance is seeing two of the greatest guitar players who ever lived, Brian May and Tony Iommi, dualing, amazing.
