There was no justice to be served for Freddie. It wasn't like he died in vein. This was just a concert to share Freddie's impact on music. And which Roger, there's 2 up there.

Roger is one of the few front men that could do Freddie justice, great energy
Definitely in terms of stage presence
All the artists did very well considering who they were replacing on stage especially Annie Lenox
Personally I think if roger was not in the who at this time then he could have been a decent frontman for Freddie. Not necessarily in terms of voice but stage presence

I think his live version is better than Freddie's studio version. I'm sure The Who would definitely cover this one.

It does sound and feel like a Who song - Roger can cover it better than anyone else I’ve heard.

I wouldn't necessarily consider Deaky legendary. Sure, he came up with some good bass lines, but a lot of his stuff is "meh". Now, John Entwistle on the other hand, he was truly a pioneer in bass guitar.

Sometimes I forget how good of a vocalist Roger Daltrey is. Damn he can sing!
Daltrey put on a vocal clinic for the ages on "Love Reign O'er Me". Off topic, but one of the awesome moments in my life is the night I was talking to Roger Daltrey at center stage in the front row at Mohegan Sun in Connecticut as Pete introduced and talked about the song "Eminence Front" to everyone else in the audience. Queen, Black Sabbath AND The Who; what more do you want?! Match made in heaven!
Me encanta esta canción, Mercury la canta con un sentimiento único porq su tiempo ya se acababa, el sabía de su condición de salud y sacaba fuerzas y su voz potente ❤
