I have reversed engineered the chord progression: 0:00 Dm 0:23 F 0:26 A7 0:29 Bbm 0:32 Fm 0:34 Bbm 0:37 Fm 0:40 E 0:43 B 0:46 D#7 From 0:51 it repeats but then Abm instead of Dm. The tempo is 84 BPM, about 84 quarternotes per minutes.

As an all time Alliance player,this piece of music,and many others have also stopped me in my tracks when trying to roll a hordie for whatever reason. I mean come on,how can you prefer living in the dirt in Org when you can have an awesome capital like Stormwind. Not to mention those tracks always pump the Alliance fanboy blood inside me. All in all the Alliance is glory,honor,strength,diplomacy,civilization,and beyond all an alliance of bonds and equality. Eternal glory to the Alliance!

This man has told the future, check the 6.1 patch notes;
New Garrison Music box:
Players can assemble a music box allowing them to play music in their Garrisons.
Pieces of the music box can be found as a reward from new Bounty/Relic Missions
New songs can be collected from throughout the world to expand your music library
Now just hope that they add these songs :D

As horde I raided the alliance base so many times to kill guards and rares, I was one of the first ones on the realm to get the brawlers guild invitation, some of my favorites things in this patch. Also, I got engaged in pvp a lot of times, I was alone almost always and I used the items, the buff, the guards to fight groups of alliance ppl back then taking the towers. Sometimes I won, sometimes I lost but it was so fun.
Yes hunting the big 3 rares, the first few seconds of this video bring me back to that :)

This song depicts the perfect aspect of the feeling the Alliance gives, along with the warcraft 3 soundtrack vibe. It's really well done.
Anduin's Alliance music so far as I'm concerned. I walked into stormwind keep after not playing since early mists of pandaria and heard this song. Always loved Anduin and cant wait to fight for him and see how he leads the Alliance.
This music is taken from the cinematics of Warcraft 3 - Reign of Chaos, just remastered a bit. Great track!

I heard I slight Stormwind theme when they first showed Stormwind. And there is Legends of Azeroth when the credits roll at the end.

i love how they paid a part of tribute to medivh with the first part of this. he has done so much, without him, WoW would be alot more empty, i mean HE was the one who made wc3 reign of chaos happen, he saw the future and told king terenas in the first cinematic, then all the campaigns was his plan to unite everyone by pulling the strings. and the last cinematic...where we last saw him until today :( he was soo important too. the strongest mage in WoW, we miss u.
When I hear this music I just imagine tearing through Hord lines on the battle field. Gleaming blue and gold armor, Stormwind tabard on display, Royal crest of Lordaeron in one hand and Quel'serrar in the other, screaming things like "For South Shore!" or "For the king!". Nerd boner 9000+

We bloody suck in battlegrounds but i am proud of being Alliance. Stormwind is the fucking coolest city of the game. No Horde cities are no match. I never mind going Kalimdor normally(when i am out of quests i only go to winterspring just the same of dun morogh). For the Alliance lets keep failing in BGs and keep protecting our real honor without honor points.

This dude's music is classic, u can listen it 1000+ times and it still sounds as good as on 1st time. Best wow composer ever, no doubt about it.

Horde and proud... But I must admit, the Alliance's music really has that Warcraft/adventure game feeling to it.
Orgrimmar's theme is just so... "eh", especially after all this time.

The alliance theme was first introduced used waaaaaay back in Warcraft 3, you can hear it during the Human cut scene called The Warning, it's used very subtly during the first minute or so of the cut scene....That's why I love Blizzard's music composers so much, the attention to detail...If only the developers themselves had this amount of dedication.

You are right. This music is composed by jason hayes. he composed warcraft 3 and vanilla wow. he left blizzard in 2007 and now he's back with blizzard again!

If some1 didnt know. This song is made by Jason Hayes. He is responsible for almost all outdoor tunes for vanilla wow including stormwind, elwynn forest, burning steppes etc. themes. Now he is again working at blizzard. That's why this song sounds so real warcraft. This song is made by person who originally made almost all wow outdoor tunes.
I have been Alliance for my entire WoW career pretty much, and I have to say, it feels good seeing the changes in 5.1. Varian Wrynn actually becomes a leader worth rallying behind, and the Alliance landing scene, coupled with this music, is absolutely epic.
