Egalitarianism was not invented by Protestants. Egalitarianism is the fundament of Christianity - the Universal one, i.e. the Catholic one. Katolikos means universal in Greek. Apostle Paul wrote (3:28) "There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus." Protestantism is not only about removing institutions from between you and God. It's also about removing concern with deeds towards others - faith alone, sola fide counts.
and yet most Christians also follow the Old Testament as part of our Bible - deeds towards others - doing the right thing is strong in the Old Testament - We are a Nation of Rules - a Republic for a reason! Our country and the world is under attack from a Globalist Totalitarian Force working to destroy and enslave us. Now is the time to Stand United and stop them because this is bigger that our differences - United We Stand against Globalist Tyranny!
I love David and read several of his books. I used to go to his Wednesday Morning Club years back in Beverly Hills. While the war on Christianity is real, and the US was founded on Judaeo Christian principles, David has introduced a position that undermines his premise. David says he is an agnostic--"Agnosticism is the view that the existence of God, of the divine or the supernatural is unknown or unknowable." So how can David be expert on Judaism/Christianity, or be unbiased. He isn't. He specifically credits Protestantism and then disparages Catholicism immediately with a false understanding of Catholicism. Catholicism was around 1500 yrs holding the fort before any Protestantism. Then there came dozens and dozens and dozens of Protestant movements. David's deep hostility and dismissal of Catholicism based on ignorance and false stories and invented histories makes everything he says suspect. In the colonies, Protestants savagely oppressed Catholics. Does David endorse that given how much he blames Catholicism for various things. I've listened to a couple interviews, will not listen to anymore, and will not buy his latest book even though the subject is one I embrace.
I was born baptized and raised as a Catholic and you know they say "Once a Catholic - always a Catholic" and at least for me it is true but I no longer attend church and one reason is this church is unrecognizable to me; when the Pope "Turned the Table" on us in the 1960's. The Priest used to face Jesus Crucified on the Cross and prayed to him while he performed the Mass for the people - but now the Priest stands with his back towards Jesus Crucified on the Cross facing the people as he represents Christ to the people- This says it all and why I still pray the Rosary and I am proud of my heritage and love Jesus as a Catholic does but I am not part of the current church and their Pope does not speak for me! Catholics did some bad stuff too - there is enough blame to go around - our country is under attack from a Globalist Totalitarian Force working to destroy and enslave us. Now is the time to Stand United and stop them because this is bigger that our differences - United We Stand against Globalist Tyranny

Since Horowitz believes in God, thats how he chooses to reconcile his god's existence. 1:52 - no it isn't those concepts are simply humanistic and not exclusively Christian. 3:35 - clever dishonest lie there. The Tree of Knowledge that he is referring to from genesis is an allegorical device use to represent understanding the true nature of god; not evil. It is also an apt name, as when one ascertains knowledge, the need for god is no longer is necessary for the individual. This is strictly, my view. 6:10 - This is so pretentious and ignorant; Blacks were ostracized from the rest of American society for nearly a whole century in every aspect after the emancipation. The African American men and women who lived during the post civil war era would profoundly disagree with this stupid statement.
