Is VPD of TU Munchen valid for other universities also?. e.g if i am applying to 3 universities and all of them require VPD so i need to apply for VPD on uniassist for each of the univeristy or one VPD works for all.

Can you please answer 2 questions :
1) I want to apply to multiple courses for different universities in Germany.
For each university, I want to write a unique letter of motivation(SOP). For universities that have not opened their program yet, should I submit a new SOP in advance or can I update my uploaded documents and reload again for a new one?
2) Should I send the Application form offline also or upload a digital copy online only? In case the application form is to be submitted offline. How do I submit it for universities that have not opened their admissions yet?

if it is online-only application then there is no need to. Otherwise, you will have to send all the certified copies by post. Browse to the university and check if they have online-only or not.

@@abcd-sr4ov You have to fill the application form in uni-assist. You don't have to upload it. After you have selected your desired course/programme, you need to fill the application form at 'To selection list' (it is a box like icon at the top right corner ).
After applying unassisted is this mandory for sending documents by post? If any one know the answer plz reply me

If university doesn't has 'online only application' you have to send documents to uni assist

Both are converting Indian grade to German grade. VPD is 'short-term' (only for Uni bewerbung); Annekennung is the permanent official life-long document of equivalency. Please clarify. Thank you.

The validity of the VPD is 3 years.

Due to the current circumstances, HAW Hamburg has switched to an entirely online process with uni assist for winter semester 2021/22, which means that you do not have to submit certified copies.
I have several questions:
1) How to get the Antragsformular? Is it the same with Application form that you get after the payment to uni-assist?

Hi! What documents did you send by mail? At TUM page it states that a certified copy of both the diploma and transcripts of records with its due translation are required but I see that you included more, were they needed or only with those I mentioned were required?

I want to apply for multiple Master programs, yet in documents via uni assist I only have the option to upload files not deleted, but I have multiple motivation letters for different universities, so I upload everything or how do I make sure each university gets the right letter.

I have the same Issue. I even message uni assist and many youtube comment sections. But didn't get any solution yet.
@Aashish Telgote Yes. I directly asked the uni-assist team. They later did reply. What we have to do is, we create multiple MOLs and Name them as university names. Example : 1. LOM University name 1, 2.LOM University name 2. Then upload all the LOMs in documents field. Then team will manually pick the correct letter and send them with other documents to the relevant university.
Below is their reply
"If you wish to submit individual motivation letters for each university you are applying to, simply upload several ones. Name the university of your choice as well as the course of study you are applying to, visibly and in bold print, at the very top of your letter of motivation. This way we will be able to link your letter of motivation to the right university."

Bro I have doubt what is the difference between complete application in uni assist and vpd?
Vpd is just a document which you will get by Uni-assit you have to use that pdf while applying to other colleges. Complete Applicantion means uniassit will forward your application to prescribed university with you have applied for further steps (granting your admission or rejection)

I suggest that they must not charge an fee of 30/75 euro for just to get a vpd......

Suppose Ive filled the application form for several universities and downloaded the acknowledgement receipt. Now college A is asking for VPD and college 2 is asking for notarized documents. Do I need to club these two requirements and send it or shall I send them separately?
For uni assist you can send all reagent documents once!
Then the uni assist will transfer relevant documents to college😊

Want to apply for Summer 2022 but Uniassist does not list TUM for summer 2022 yet. Can I choose winter 2021 and apply for VPD but submit my VPD scores for summer 2022 admit? On the TUM website it shows the validity of VPN is forever but with some condition.
I can not find my course on the list, because they are not already opened for application yet. But Uni Assist takes aroun 4-6 weeks to proceed them, and the application will only be open for one month. What is the solution? Thank you

Can I apply fOR VPD before the university opens their portal? Because in the uni assist website it is written we can apply for VPD at any time but TUM is not present in the list of university now

I have also post this question on Bharat in Germany Facebook page, there are some people who are saying that 'select a course which you wish to apply for under summer semester and apply it. In the end it does not matter for VPD, it is valid for 1 year.

And since my High school transcript is not sufficient for entry, I want to submit proof of completion of 1 year of University as an alternative

Notarising has to be done! In that way you are proving the document is Original. Notarisation is not for language conversion

We have to make an account at TUM website as well. So these sent docs are not required to be uploaded at TUm website?
After getting your VPD from uni-Assist you have to apply for TU Munich through TUMOnline Portal by uploading each document including your VPD. After applying you have to send Hard Copy of the same documents to the TUM through Post.
What is VPD?
May I know when can I start applying through uniassist? can I apply only after the application has started for TUM, eg(January)? As of now in November I can't see the uni in the list for winter 2022/23 semester yet.

This below is what they said to me! :
"You could also apply for summer semester for your VPD via Uni-Assist and use it for winter semester at TUM."
So, we can just choose the latest one, like summer semester 2022, instead of winter semester 2022/2023!
