    So after chasing my dream car for years and saving and saving the prices of them kept going higher and higher and higher. I finally said out loud one day that I was going to have my dream car before my 30th birthday. 7 months before my 30th birthday I made that purchase. I now own a 1994 Toyota Supra twin turbo with a sport roof. Her name is Alice and she's not perfect but God do I love her. I have a huge soft spot for that car and I don't think it will ever go away. Congrats on getting yours! It really is an amazing feeling of accomplishment. I also have a 2011 STI and they are amazing cars! You will definitely enjoy it 😉

    I had the first gen WRX sold in the states. I painted the badges wr blue, bought the STi suspension, upgraded the brake pads, bought the Prodrive gold wheels from the rally car, STi hood scoop, covered the fogs with the blue STi pieces, new up-pipe and down-pipe, had Cobb re-flash the ecu, and the STi exhaust and a JDM carbon fiber pedestal spoiler to mimic a special edition car they had. I think the horse power ended up in the neighborhood of 290 or so. Sold it to a U of Mich kid who used his tuition money. Mom found out and flew him home to Thailand 4 days later. Ann Arbor police called me and said my car was abandoned on a side street. Very cool car indeed. Forgot about the roof vent I bought from a Canadian outfit that built real rally cars but never had the guts to cut the roof.

    I have a 2005 Rav which I bought new.I put a Canadian flag tire cover on the rear spare tire and had matching red wheels done on all four tires. I absolutely love this car. It drives great. I live in Baltimore, Maryland but I am originally from Montreal, Quebec. It is always a thrill for me when a Canadian driver passes me on the road and waves. Then there are the horn honking I get from Ontario and Quebec drivers when they see my Canadian flag on the spare tire. I am hoping this car has a lot of years left in it. It is a perfect fit for me so I guess you can say I am driving my dream car. PS I really enjoy your channel !!!

    I have the remark muffler delete and I love the sound. You’ll save a ton of money over a full exhaust but if that is what you want the invidia r400 is great too

    There is only one exhaust setup for the VA that makes sense. You have to get the Tomei UELH and then put the INVIDIA GEMINI R400 QUAD TIP CAT-BACK EXHAUST. Subispeed has a video of the setup. Nothing else for the VA motors comes close.

    My dream car was a WRX. I wanted one since the 2002 came out. I had to work hard. Get my college degree. Slowly move up the ladder. And last year I was finally able to buy a brand new 2022 WRX. WRB of course. Love the car and feel like I accomplished a life long dream.

    My dream car for the last 15 years has been the jaguar xk8. They're really hard to find in my area since it's mostly rural. Then kids and family stuff came along and it wasn't practical, so I just kept waiting. Well I finally bought one in April. Cash money from all my hard detailing work. Drove 1100 miles to get it and I'm absolutely ecstatic that I finally have it. I love that car.

    My 2018 wrx is lifted with off-road tires and I still never taken it mudding before , plan to some day but muddy roads are hard to find around here.
    My wrx is my dream car, I was wanting a Bugeye wrx for a few years but knew subies are unreliable so went with a new one... Ended up blowing my motor already at 35k now she's at 40k
    😂 looks like fun! Congrats on the car.

    Hey I have a 2017 wrx and I would say the Invidia r400 is a perfect catback exhaust to get. If you plan on eventually getting a j pipe the invidia q300 is a really nice setup and isn't too loud at all. Depends on how loud you want the car

    BTW, you guys didn't put a bag or towel in the air intake and then sprayed a bunch of water into there, not really smart, I would probably check your air filter to make sure it isn't wet or anything. And for de-badging, use fishing line.

    Was 26 when I picked up my 12 hatchback WRX (32,500)km at time of purchase, should not have bought it financially at the time but struggled until I switched careers and can afford to own it comfortably. I bought it to enjoy it so it's at 114,000km now. It's still basically stock engine wise, but planning on lifting it a lil bit and continue to rip around the trails.

    How loud/not loud would you want your exhaust to be? Like, just a nice rumble, or racecar loud?

  • @SethNicodemus
    @SethNicodemus Před 3 lety

    As far as exhaust goes it’ll really come down to if you want to keep the factory catalytic converter. If you want to keep it I’d recommend an r400 or an axelback muffler delete. Deleting the cars you’ll most likely want something a bit quieter such as a q300 to avoid drone. Nameless has a ton of options if you want to mix and match and upgrade down the road
