Thank you for another great vid!! I’m struggling with retaining the Land / Ownership parts of Course 1. Hopefully I don’t get tooooo many questions about all of that LOL !
🙏 A general understanding will be ok as far as I remember. They really bring in some historical scenarios about ownership that don't come up much again. If it's not REBBA/Code of Ethics I wouldn't anticipate more than a couple questions on specific topics.

Hello Callum. Great video and you explained the complicated topic in such an easy way. Thank you for that. I have a question to ask you about booking the exam. There are two dates shows in the course one is the last access date and other is the recommended date of completion. Would you mind telling me that when we can book the exam i.e. before the recommended date or the last access date?
Hey glad the video helped Sandeep. Yes the recommended date is just that, a recommendation so don't worry about that. Yes as long as you have clicked through the exam and your progress bar reaches 100% before last access, you are ok. You are probably ok either way but that's what I would do. From there you can take time to study and book your exam. The big date and the only one you really need to keep in mind is you have 2 years to complete the entire program from the moment you purchase Course 1. 👍

@Callum Moore. Thanks for all your videos. I will be written my exam in a week and just wondering what the chances are to pass the exam just by reading your mini course? BTW, I truly love your strategy on how to answer "Not" questions. I always struggled with "NOT" questions.
Hey Naveed. So I do know of a few people that have done this but I always recommend coupling it with the material. I know it can be boring at times! 😄But I do suggest both, yes. 👍

there is module 2 about registration requiremnt,it just give general info abt education require to be sales person do we need to memorize anything coz not sure if they ll question about it
If it's registration requirements for getting through the course then no it won't be on the exam.
Hey Callum! I just found a confusing topic: In the C1-M2 textbook, personal property has two types - chattels and fixtures. But Passit Questions explain that personal property is moveable, so a fixture is not personal property. Which one is correct if it's on the Course 1 Exam? Can you explain, please.
Hey. So I wouldn't worry about the difference appearing on an exam.
A fixture is anything attached to the home. For example a bathroom mirror or a chandelier. If a homeowner goes out and buys a chandelier and installs it, they would of course consider that personal property. However when selling a home, that chandelier, because it is attached to the house, would be considered a fixture. If the seller is planning on taking it with them that would be indicated on the agreement of purchase and sale.
So I can see how it sounds a little confusing, but again I wouldn't worry about this particular distinction coming up on the exam of"Personal property or not". Just fixtures and chattels. 👍

Yes good luck Woosung! Go through that course. You can do some example questions on your own. Then you can see how I explain them all and make sure you watch the first video on my fundamentals I used to pass every exam first try. Good luck & reach out as you progress! 👌
