Hi Callum, would you be able to do a video on budgeting for a career as you start? Example, how much any beginner agent should have saved so they can comfortable quit their fulltime job and create a career in real estate?
It's a great idea Amanda! I have this video which is; what to expect to pay monthly. I think I touch on Marketing as well as mandatory expenses in that video but I don't go into personal expenses. C2 is the biggest. You are 100% NOT alone.

@@VerySeriousMediaYT It will be sufficient yes. I do think Passit is really good to though. They are maybe more quantity over quality but I think they are good as well. 👍

In your older video on this subject you said to click through all the modules right away until 100% course complete and then book your exam ahead of time right away. Do you still recommend doing that?
You can do that yes. When I mentioned that before it was because wait times to book your exam were 3 or 4 weeks. Now they are around 6 days so it’s not a huge deal. However you will still have to click through all of the material before you can book your exam so sometimes it nice to just do that and book your exam to put yourself on a good schedule. 👍
hey Callum, im looking for an exam prep study guide for course 1, was curious if coursetree learning is worth the time and money spent on it ? or what do you think about passit?
Hey. I wouldn’t suggest coursetree but Passit has a great product. Other one is my Exam Master Mini Courses. I mention them in this video. There are value links in the pinned post and in the description if you want to have a look. 👍

I asked Humber how many graduate each year. They kept replying 15000 have registered, avoiding the actual question. My guess is 10% or less that enroll actually finish.

hey Callum - I work in medicine full time. Would it make sense to get my license in order to broker my personal real estate plans as well as my family? Maybe would be 1-2 sales per year. Not sure if this makes sense in the long run. Thanks.
Hey so I actually did a video on exactly that. If you search; Get real estate licence to sell own home; you should be able to find it. I do suggest having plans to do more with it but it can still make sense.

If I buy exam master, how long can I use it for? Is there a time limit I saw on passit that I can use it for 6 weeks and I think that may be a little short for me.

Hey. Yes the Exam Master Mini Course 1 does have access period of 6 weeks. However if you find yourself needing more time Lisa just email me, I don't mind extending it if needed. 👍

@@eddie2497 So I would get your schedule down. 6 weeks is pretty good amount of time. You might find you'll be able to get through it much faster than that. The best way is to couple The Exam Master with the material. Read one Module in Humber, then read the Module 1 in the Mini Notes & Test yourself with the Module 1 Mini Quizzes. Then so forth until all 7 modules. However if you think you'll take longer than 6 weeks maybe wait a little bit. 👍

No you’ll have to pay and participate in it all.
Do you know anyone that finished it in less that 4 and a half months?
I have had a couple people say they did yes. They were full time students. So more like 7-8hrs per day. This video is at only 3hrs per day. But it can be done faster, for sure!

Why all that just to sell real-estate? Isn’t it just posting a listing, explaining it, meeting people to let them view the property, also if they buy it then write it up and sell it to them, then on to the next listing? isn’t it about selling the more properties you make the money? Didn’t think you needed to go tough all this crap just to post listings with photos and explanation in many different Classifieds ads and websites...
