only 1 meal with chicken and 5-6 meals with protein powder. Would more viarity in protein sources be a better option in your opinion?
Whey protein has all of the essential amino acids, and so does chicken, so you do not really need more variety in protein, but you can if it gets boring
Variety with protein sources is definetely better. Whey protein powder is processed and doenst come with any additional micronutrients unlike fish or meat.
This happens to be one of those days where lots of whey was used. Typically I use it in 2-3 meals. Trust me I love the chicken and fish but at the end of the off-season in order to keep appetite and digestion up I love whey as a quick digesting protein source.

Remember he is like 6’3 / 190 cm and 260+lbs / 120+ kilograms of muscle and seems kinda active with tough workouts. Ofc Wes needs alot of Calories to grow 😇

Without seeing the video I know it’s the truth. I was skinny from 16-25 and trained several episodes during this time and always stayed skinny.
With 26 I started eating like stupid (clean carbs/proteins + nuts) and trained hard.
Gained 20pounds -mainly muscles in 1 ½ years. Felt like magic and opened my eyes.
You are what you eat. If you train without eating heavy you stay small and light. It’s that simple: do your math in the kitchen and you will grow

Oats, rice and pasta

im a cyclist and cycle a lot of kms evvery week so eating arround 5000 to 6000 kcals per day not gaining weight and i am only 60kg

Surprised to see so many whey meals and not meats/fish. 5/6 meals with powders? Not the typical bb foods. Why so much chocolate? Clearly it is tasty but that is huge amount of chocolate in 1 day? Trying to understand

Earlie Morning 6:30 2 Brown buns and 40 chicken Breast Salami, banana
2nd Meal 9am : Tuna with 3 brown bun, 60g chicken breast salami
3rd meal Chicken breast 130-140g, 210 g Rice
4th meal chicken breast 140g-210g rice
5th meal, chicken 100g with 100g rice
6th meal Banana with 2 large spoon Peanut butter
Calories Around 2500-2700
Carbs 280-320
Fats 40-66g
Protein from meat is 130-160g - Including Protein from carb sources is around 190-200g total..
What you guys think should i change something?

Weight control is good i can loose or gain i know my body requirements, im just worried is this unhealthy?
I would decrease carbs and increase fat intake. I would also use some Eggs, Steak, and organ meat like liver to dramatically increase your micronutrient intake. Chicken and rice that often is pretty dense on the digestive system. Try and do some meat only meals compared to combining carbs in every meat serving. Your body digests meat in about 2 hours, and carbs in about 2 hours, Combine them and it takes about 6 hours. I would also opt for some dairy for calcium, and fibrous fruit, like an avocado.
Just want to confirm that you’re not saying you need 5000cals to build muscle because ofcourse that would be utter bollox right …
Clearly at this point his caloric requirements for building lean tissue was 5000kcal. He’s not saying you, I and everyone else in the world requires this. It’s not rocket science 😂
Nice video BUT. How much sure we are that protein wheys are reliable?? I mean im not sure that they are contain the amounts of igridiants they refer on the label. So.... May we waste time believing that we are taking protein but actually no. Also im not sure how much can be degestive compared to real food. Personally i prefer food not supplements for the protein. Maybe for one meal its ok. Because if you eat 8 meals its not easy the real food to be handled.
I am still gaining muscle after lifting for 10 years and I've stopped protein powders for over 3 years now. Tried over 50 different brands... I can tell you that a lot of them just cause internal gas pain.. And a lot of other issues that just don't make any sense. Actual protein sources, good rest, good supplementation and, good workout regimes just like Wesley does work great. And, I am nowhere near his size. But I'm very healthy for 49.
Pretty hard to see you drinking 600kcal without a clue, while I am on diet. 😅👌🏻

This is not true . I know a lot of guys in and out of jail that eat a lot of canned food . Canned meat , cups of noodles , pb&j sandwiches etc and they still get a lot of muscle

Spoiler alert: you don't need to eat like that to build muscle. .8g per lb of bodyweight is fine.
