      Dude please look at this, if KD leaves, he’s going to the Suns, between picks, Ayton, Cam Johnson, Cam Payne, Crowder, Shamet, they have so much Talent and some that need to get paid and aren’t necessarily keepers it makes so much sense. Not to mention Scottsdale being KD’s favorite city and Booker being his favorite player, his words not mine, just makes to much sense, plus the Suns fell short last year, and very short this year, you know he’d to be the hero, situation just makes to much sense. Honestly, what would be a more poetic suitor for a potential KD trade than Oklahoma City? They've got boatloads of picks and some young players they can give up, allowing the Nets to recoup what they lost in the Harden trade and go with a hard rebuild, and KD gets to join a young growing squad with SGA and (likely) Chet that will be a championship contender right off the bat and have tons of cap space to still build around. It'd also somewhat vindicate KD for leaving and given his ego he could be intrigued by that, especially if he ends up giving the team success in whatever's left of his prime.

I'd rather trade him for players that can contribute day-in and day-out and not backtrack on their words. Send him to a rebuilding team who is selling players like the Pacers for example. The thing missing is that by the next season, they're gonna have Ben Simmons back, Joe Harris back so their problems at defense will be alleviated, so will their shooting. The starting 5 of Ben, KD, Harris, Claxton and Kyrie is deadly, Ben Simmons lack of shooting will be compensated for, or they could have 2 shooters and Kyrie or KD coming off the bench. Plus Dragic could come off the bench and help. They'll have enough talent to close out games easily. They also have a diamond in the rough with Cam Thomas as well who they could keep or trade for a more defensive player to help. They don't even need to trade Kyrie but if they wanted to they could throw in Kyrie and a role player or the late 2020s pick for Gobert, or trade with The Pacers for Miles Turner and Buddy Heild or Haliburton if Indie is stupid or Malcolm Brogdon. There's alot they can do.

      If KD leaves, he’s going to the Suns, between picks, Ayton, Cam Johnson, Cam Payne, Crowder, Shamet, they have so much Talent and some that need to get paid and aren’t necessarily keepers it makes so much sense. Not to mention Scottsdale being KD’s favorite city and Booker being his favorite player, his words not mine, just makes to much sense, plus the Suns fell short last year, and very short this year, you know he’d to be the hero, situation just makes to much sense. IMO, if kyrie doesn't accept short length term, nets should just give up on him and kd and just rebuild and let it grow on itself, don't hurry up and do like lakers, look at their state right now. And look how most rebuilt teams are thriving, The nets missed their chance at this superteam and prolonging it would only make it worse. Brooklynn is a big market, they won't lose anything.

    i think you could also think about the suns..... to me, I think KD really likes Devin Booker. I mean, he picked Devin Booker with his first pick in the all-star draft reserve sections two years in a row. Plus, CP3 is old, and Book seems a bit.... unlikely to get the credit if that' s what KD wants. So what do you think if Deandre Ayton and KD swapped teams...?? (Suns wishing they kept Jalen Smith now haha)

  • @animaroku
    @animaroku Před 2 lety

    Heat fans like this... If they don't they can just continue to lose - unfortunately it's unrealistic.
    It is pretty hilarious looking at what Boston is currently doing with those Nets picks, while after they waited for years for good draft picks, they got their picks, traded all of them for Harden, one year later, traded Harden and got swept by (maybe) the eventual champion - a team that could've been the Nets if they weren't being crazy - I wonder how the Rockets will be in 5-10 years from now...

    Heat are over the cap with their 9 guaranteed contracts for next season, Bam herro and Strus isn’t enough for KDs $43M salary next season. If PJ Tucker opts in to his player option and they traded him, and removed Strus, then it would work. Heat are in a tough spot in big money trades being over the cap with only 9 guaranteed salaries, bc 3 of those contracts make up $98M, while 4 other salaries only make up $7.2M total. Ppl just assume there are these few throw in $5-$8M on any and every roster, but that is not the case and especially when it comes to trades in the offseason. Just throwing it out there that Miami specifically does have a mix of salary and roster related issues that makes summer 2022 trades for high salary players very restrictive, especially since in all the other trades (not KD), heat fans/nba CZcams content creators want to do the trades without including nay of Miami’s 3 big contracts.

    • @hahahahaflyer
      @hahahahaflyer Před 2 lety

      Exactly they only possible star I could see them getting is kyrie if he were to opt in since the team that trades for him would get his bird rights and could give him a max next offseason. Lowry and another cheap salary would be enough but doubt spo Riley would want kyrie on the heat. Heat will run it back than they don’t win again they’ll go after a star next year with herro becoming a restricted free agent and lowrys contract would be expiring
