i dont think many people put Clara as S tier (i uploaded this vid 9 months ago), she definitely deserved a spot imo tho. Especially before the addition of dhil, jingliu and the like.
i improved my clara a bit since then, but you can choose to build her how you'd build any dps, or you could build her like a tank. mine atm is a hybrid tank/dps. 2pc follow up 2 pc atk (with a bit of defense substats)
Qq is better than clara. I used qq to beat the fucking swarm boss even though it has quantum res. It had physical weakness and clara couldn't do shit to it. Better than yanqing still,

not being S tier doesnt mean weak, if you build Svarog correctly he will be pretty much unstoppable

Svarog's counter is unbeatable, with the right build he can one-shot enemies everytime they attack your team

I never bother bring any character other than imaginary and quantum to play SD in the first place
Why not use Xueyi which ignores enemy stats?
And I use Clara and defeat enemy swarm boss easy... Just have a good healer/shielder
