I knew Bill personally. He provided some absolutely wonderful opportunities for me and a dear friend over the few years he was coach. I flat out cried when I again watched his pre-grame speach against the Sooners. Great human being and coach in his on right. The entire piece was just awesome--so awesome! From an ole WVU fan who was at the "75" WVU-PITT game--this just fired me up for the season. Let's Goooooooooooo Mountaineers!
I was going to school at WVU at the time he was their HC, and since I was in their coaching program I got to visit with him on multiple occasions. He truly was a gracious man and a good coach.
I get a knot in my throat every time I listen to it. Usually every early fall.
Almost choked up on Ol' Bill's part ... must watch ...... plus the ending is spectacular especially when Kirk said Clemson will destroy us...lolol
