What is type 1, 2 & 3 hair? I’ve only heard about Afro-Caribbean hair gradings for hair curls.

1 is straight hair with A, B, and C categories for the different amount of straight, 2 is wavy hair with once again A, B, and C categories for the different tightnesses of the waves, 3 is curly hair with A, B, and C categories for the different tightnesses of the curls, and 4 is coily hair with A, B, and C categories for the tightness of the curls
