Can I use gluten free flour on this recipe, eg, to rice flour?

Sure you can. You may have to adjust the recipe slightly with more water. The texture may also change to be less chewy due to the lack of gluten. You may be limited by the amount of pasta shapes you can achieve. Other than what is mentioned, feel free to use gluten-free flour. Hope that helps. Thanks annabelloho7483🙂
