Hmmm it depends on several other factors from the visa officer. On that part, it’s to check if you are a bona fide student in studying that particular program. But generally, they can’t refuse you on just your program choice.
can you study in one province then chose pnp from another province , for example I'll study post bacculrate diploma in supply chain management , but this occupation is very in demand in new Brunswick , can I get pr in NB after I finish my studies in BC ?

Most of the time, your study or work experience must be from the province you choose apply for PNP 😊
