You should call the new rig TATANKA. The Indian name for buffalo. It would be a miracle if #32 has twins. This year has been a whopper for the ranch. Thanks for sharing your adventures with us Dusty and family. 👍
I totally agree with your suggested name TATANKA 👍🏻👍🏻😂
I agree with @darlahartman2003. The Scout should be named TATANKA!
Your ranch vehicle is great for your farm hope your bison has a good delivery.
Tatanka is the Lakota word for bison.
Dad was born Lakota, N Dakota, I spent summers on my familys farm there. 65 yrs. ago, as a kid I heard & loved the Lakota word "TATANKA". Came to this "comments page" to share my genius only to find Darla & others beat me to it. .. It writes itself for the name of your new/old Scout..... from high mountains of Utah, Bison raised here also.
Doc needs a call, just to be safe . You don’t want to repeat having to move her to the other property. Stands with Fists fits but I like Marisa’s Crazy eyes. Hopefully everything works out with her. Good luck
Wow 32 cow is huge. nice utter development, Her vulva is diffidently swollen but her tail head ligaments don't look like they have soften completely. They will turn to jelly so the pelvis can give when the calf moves down the birth canal. It is always amazing that the body can accommodate the delivery of another body truly a miracle every time. Hope all goes well.
Seems like she's walking a little different from normal in the hind end, maybe she's feeling it more than she's showing it?
When the cows have their babies it is hard not to stress out since you can't treat them like you do normal cows. Praying all goes well❤❤❤❤
Seeing this mama cow reminds me of the Texas cow who had the dead calf you had to scoop out. Is she still with you or...? And good luck to #32. Like the new ride!
I would definitely be calling Doc! She is miserable for sure. Prayers for her and her baby❤.
Cora taking a dust bath😂🐎🥰
Oh poor 32, sure wish she'd have her calf! Glad you check on her Several times a day! I'd call Doc , Praying for 32! Stands With Fists, Certainly Fits her!🙏🦬💜
Great Ranch-Rig, Bison were like, what the heck is that?😅 gas mileage on it is probably terrible!😅
Keep Ranchin 🙏🦬🌦🌾💜🌸
A true ranch truck will always have scars. One winter my Dad skidded on some ice while trying to turn around inside the silage pit (the kind dug into the side of a hill) and he dented all 4 corners of his truck at one time. New record, even for him, who was experienced at banging up every truck we had. That's life on a ranch! If you expect beauty then stay on the road or park it!
Man, she really is BIG‼️ I’m praying that all goes well. She’s a well built gal, so hopefully she’ll have plenty of room in her pelvis. Can’t wait to hear from you about how it goes!
Leave the ranch rig "rougjh"! THAT"S Ranch'in! Best of all with #32's calf!
Smart! You’re preparing for the future! A vehicle that isn’t controlled by a computer! It can still run if the power grid goes down too.
Dusty when you fire that scout up and rolled it out it sounded freaking amazing and I love the tires. I hope that the jumper 32 has twins and I also pray that there's no complications that come with it. You and your beautiful wife are so blessed to have a beautiful young daughter.God bless you Marissa and Brooks
I had one loved it mine was gold.
Lady parts? 😆😅🤣 I love when you say that! Ot is hilarious! I know you have to be discreet. Miss Cow looks like she's got a goatee! 😊 I hope she can give birth to healthy calves or a calf. Good luck, Dusty and Marissa! You guys are going to be grandparents, again! Red dogs! Yippee! 😂
@@donnastreets297 I bet when you finally got the keys your first thought was I wanna off road! Lol
Stands With A Fist is a good name for her. I can't wait for you to call the vet and get advice. Nice ranch rig. It's a good project for you. (As if you needed another.) Great video as always Dusty!
🦬 I like StandsWithFist too 👍 I hope she hurries up and has her calf 16:04
I would definitely call doc and ask him what he thinks just to be on the safe side but again you got to understand their wild and nature does what nature does and I hope she just has a very healthy giant baby. Also I would call your new scout, scout. Cuz you're going out to scout the herds. Much love from Denver Colorado.
Yes, I am very curious to find out what the Vet knows about twin Bison births. And I am jealous of of the new Scout on the ranch. It makes me wish I still had my1978 Black w/red interior Chevy Cheyenne Blazer. She had twin rollbars and a manual transmission…sadly, she went the way of the buffalo..something called a flat cam…after only 10 yrs. But really, I am happy for Dusty & Marissa to have such a treasure on the Ponderosa❤PS. I should have said “4 on the floor” instead of manual….I am just. an old Grandma , having a senior moment.:)
As soon as I saw it, I knew it was a IH Scout. My dad worked at the Indianaplois plant and bought a Scout Traveler model. Loved it! Why not just call her Scout...?
Oh my god, an International Scout. I haven’t see one in over thirty years. It uses a Chevrolet straight six which is practically indestructible for a motor.
Love your new Rig ! And its taller . Looks more safe for when the animals come up too close to the doors. Sounds mean too!
Hello Dusty & Marisa & our Miss Brooks 😊
#32 is Stands with a Fist. Also, Crazy Eyes. I hope that all is well with the calf (calves??) she’s clearly carrying. After this summer, anything out of the ordinary is a worry.
I like the new Ranch Beast! 🛻
Blessings of Abundance and Healthy Calves! ❤
Thank for taking us along for the herd check. 32 cow is looking huge. Hopefully everything will go smoothly for her! I’m sure you will call the vet if needed.
Thanks for the update on the #32 cow! 💕
I like the new ranch vehicle! Looks like a fun vehicle to drive and ride in.
Holy Cow that cow's getting BIG! I like Stands With a Fist as her name. I just watched that movie two nights ago.
That turbine boosted motor sounded GREAT! At this time of year, I don't think taking the top off your Internatonal rig would be advisable.
She sure is huge, I think I’d be calling Doc also, and at least hear what he has to say about her. Love the new ranch vehicle, a little rust don’t hurt, that’s called broke in!😂
Stands with a Fist (#32, Crazy Eyes, Boss) is a favorite. Sure hope she has her calf soon and they both are well and healthy.
What a great name for #32! I love it! ❤
I hope she has that baby soon! Thanks for sharing! Stay safe and blessed out there all! ♥️🙏♥️
Love your videos and enjoy watching them. May the lord bless and protect you and your family and the bison
Prayers for a safe delivery for #32. Blessings to CTB 🙏🫶🙏. Love all your videos 👍
The bison weren’t bothered by a new vehicle showing up, and 32 is just keeping you all guessing, fingers crossed that all is well with her, tfs x Julie 🇬🇧
Lovin the new ranch rig … sounds awesome! #32 is huge , much prayers for her and baby !!
The International Ranch Rig is cool 👍. God Bless lady bison number 32. I hope everything goes well with her birthing process 🤞 🙏 👼 ❤.
8:16. You, Sir, are a tease! That appears to be some sort of vintage farm truck, but I guess I'll have to keep watching...
The Scout "Old Whitey" Don`t patch it up. That ride has character that it earned over the years. Maybe 32 will have a white calf! :)
Got yerself an old corn-binder! My nextdoor neighbor had the exact same rig when I was growing up in the early 70's. That sucker was a billy goat! Damn near impossible to high center or get stuck in gullies. 🥰
Learned to drive on a ‘70 International Scout. Standard shift. Ran up and down the driveway in snow that got to be solid ice and Mother couldn’t get her car out of the drive. During learning period, rode to school with teacher that lived in our garage apartment. So, I asked to drive home. There was a little hill at the end of t(e street. Trying to start on that hill, I backed up the traffic 15-20 cars back before I was able to get going! That old Scout was a brute!
We have a scout too! They are fun! Our top was never on. Makes a good wood hauler lol! ❤️ your family an your bison!
That is definitely the best name for her!!! God Bless her and her baby or baby's!!! God Bless Us All!!!!!
#32 Gloria. She is ready to pop!!!
You keeping that body of the Scout hidden out of picture is driving me nuts. I'm full of anticipation to see how good she looks. I freaking love that truck. You should put a wrap on it that looks like a bison! That would be epic..
#32 has a beautiful set of horns.
Oh wow! That scout brings back so may childhood memories. We had an 1971 and a 1977. Both were right hand drive because my dad was a rural mail carrier. We also used them as farm vehicles. The 71 is the first vehicle other than a tractor I ever drove! Loved driving those beasts!
She is getting very close 🥰😍❤️
Wishing all goes well for your lady that is over due. I'll send some prayers your way!!! 🤗♥️👍🙏🏼
I prayeverytging goes well with 32.
My older brother used to work at international and had a scout.
He would final test them for endurance.
Love your videos and looking forward to seeing a new calf!❤
Keep an eye on her. She may have problems if it's twins or one huge calf
I do like TATANKA for the new farm truck🎉🎉🎉🎉 Also do like “ Stand With A Fist” for the #32 Cow!!❤❤❤😊😊😊
Hi Dusty,
I was really surprised when you said a horse shouldn’t be saddle trained or ridden until 2 years old, so I read up on the internet.
I was surprised that it actually said it should be 3 to 4 or 5 years old before saddle training and riding …. Thanks for educationally info
Hi Dusty I'm Jim from Kalispell Montana I just want to say thank you for educating use about bison on your channel. Here I live by the national Bison Range and I do remember the signs it a bison is annoyed so I avoided it . Thank you again for all your content keep it coming.
I pray everything is ok:)
You were the first farming show I watched, you and the rest of the small farmer helped me though some extremely hard times God put you so I could find your site. god has blessed you and I am so thankful for his blessings, same with Doss farms.
Love your new beast of a rig!!
Stands With A Fist is an awesome name!!
Excited about the opportunity to see your videos. Thanks 😊
The rust & things give the Scout character Dusty!!! I would definitely call Doc about 32!!! Stands With a Fist is the perfect name for her!!! Love y'all & all you do!!! God Bless!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
That is a good looking scout. Have fun and enjoy your videos
Such gorgeous land
Just hearing you fire her up, I was transported to the late 60's/ early 70's and my friends muscle cars. Shifting with enough power to slam your head in the headrest! Nothin' like a powerful car. I hope you do a quick post on your community page when she decides to calve...will be in my thoughts wondering till Thursday.
Hope everything goes well when she does have her calf and hope so soon.❤❤
Question? Why is it that each pasture does not have a couple of places that have areas that are on purpose set up to provide shade for the bisons ? Because the issues of the horrible weather due to the heat of summer. And the years ahead will also be heating up more & more. So if you could plan an open shaded area for the bison to hide out from the sun or to hide of anything wind, snow, rain or sleet. To be able to find a place for their own comfort would be a great idea. A new idea. Start something new or to do a study on their reaction to or if it provides ? Who knows but its just a great idea just for your bison families!
🧐😲🫶🏻
Love the Ranch Rig!!! It sounds great❤ hope 32 delivers safely❤
I loved Dancing with the Wolves 😊😊
Love the scout, always a fun farm 'truck' to have around.
Shes's huge!! Twins or one big bull 🦬🦬
Enjoyed the ride on ranch to check on bison ! Awesome new ranch ride too! Wow #32cow is huge, hope she don't have problems 😊
If you take that top off you are gonna have cats and chickens all over the interior when it's parked. You might want to reconsider that.
Thank you Dusty and Marissa 😊🫂💗👍
Love the scout ❤❤❤❤
Oh my goodness she is enormous…🙏 that she’s ok…
Wow that’s a big ride…
Love the Scout! Had one just like it on our farm in PA. That thing went EVERYWHERE… especially spotting for dear in the woods!!

I really enjoy seeing the passion and respect your family has for the bisons and all the animal on the ranch.
