Brooke's sitting with dad on the tractor and mixing the seed. Those are the greatest memories.
I know it's out of love and concern but Dusty and Marissa are very cautious parents!!! They would NEVER allow Brooke's to get into a dangerous situation!! Yes accidents do happen but they are over cautious when it comes to that sweet girl!!❤🇨🇦❤🇨🇦❤
Have you looked into sowing real buffalo grass?
I think it's expensive but it will spread and do good things for the soil.👍😉
Well said, @jennifermassie 7227
❤❤ 🇺🇲🇺🇸
Gee, I was remembering riding with my Dad on our tractor as a young girl. Of course, our tractor was the old-fashioned type. Just made me smile, thinking I was Dad's helper too. Good job, Mom and Dad she will grow to be strong and smart.
I Agree 100%!
You've got a big heart and soft spot for your bison. You're a good man Dusty. And you have a lovely family. Your wife, Marissa is a very intelligent lovely lady. And your daughter is so adorable. ❤
Thank you!!
That's funny how Big Joe can barely get his big fuzzy head in that tub.
Love your videos!
Adorable ending! Thank you for the incredible ride to see the bison! Beautiful family!
No matter how familiar they get you can never let your guard down!¡!
Who knew bison could be so interesting? Between y'all and Arms Family, I am constantly entertained. Love learning with y'all about those big, amazing animals. ❤
Who are the Arms Family?
@@thecanyon4meDusty's brother in law 😊 over at Arm's family homestead
@@thecanyon4me they have a CZcams channel as well. Arms Family Homestead
@@thecanyon4medusty and daniel are brother in law to each other. Daniel used to be a highway patrol, but left the force. Both are good choices.
Thank you, I’ll check it out!
Another fun Sunday evening with Dusty and his beautiful family and Bisons, thank you Sir❣️
I love seeing Brooke’s out there with you 2. She is going to be one awesome Bison rancher and conservationist like her daddy. She isn’t scared of the Bison. Never has been, but Dusty has taught her from the beginning to keep her distance. She is so smart and I love that smile of hers! Dusty and Marissa keep up the awesome job you 2 are doing.
Brookes looks like her Auntie Dejay. And she’s gonna grow up loving the animals. Her parents really are great…#he is a blessed little girl.
Hi Dusty, Marissa and Brooke Brooke is growing up fast and adorable. Love watching and riding with yall on the Ponderosa. Bison are magnificent. God bless and love yall ❤❤
Brooks voice and laugh is always a ray of sunshine! ☀️ Maya is pretty smart! Much safer inside the vehicle 😆🦬. Hope you all had a great Sunday!
As they come through the gate it's like they were saying do you want us to go in there 😂
Never stops amazing me the beautiful footage you get. Thank you for sharing your ranch life with us. ❤❤
That little Brooke's is going to be a heart breaker. Dusty will need to keep the gun handy!!! LOL
Big Joe looks amazing every time I see him. He is so beautiful and awesome.
I love watching when you give them cubes. They're such magnificent animals.
Your bison 🦬🦬🦬🦬 are so beautiful watching them run. So much work out into the ranch but it coming along so beautiful.
Brooks is really growing up so quickly. Going to be a great help when she gets older.
Loved the Video as always. Brooks is a doll and so pretty. Obvious she is interested in everything going on and so smart and quick.
You have yourself a great little partner. She’s growing so fast.
Here’s hoping that cover crop comes in like gangbusters!!!
I think Brooks needs a little brother!!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
😆
I happen to agree with you @cynthiamulholland2976
Maybe in a few years when she is 5-6 year's old
I miss the running when they go to new pasture .. they are so content it’s all just normal to them right now ! Maybe new spring grasses will get them running , it’s so enjoyable . And it’s always a joy to see Big Joe , even if he gets a little to close ! Love seeing Brooks smiley little face out there saying Big Joe . Dusty you and Marissa and Brooks are doing a great job .. keep it up , and keep just ranching !!
You're on the correct path brush hogging pastures. We have found that pastures will have better grass growth if weeds are cut down as they start to get tall. Weeds will overtake pastures if some type of mowing isn't done. Your idea for seeding that pasture is a very smart way to do it. Great video.
I am SOOOOO madly in love with *DUNBAR* !!! He is the most handsome bison in the world!!!
Brooke is going to know it all in a few short years. It will be fun to watch her maneuver the Skid Steers, The Tractors and what ever heavy farming equipment needed.
Extremely Beyond Awesome You All work so darn hard , and very impressed with your operation 👏 it's alot of hard dedication and wish I was there helping you out with these awesome magnificent Buffaloes!
What a beautiful family you three and the bison, and the dogs, and the cat, and the chickens, and the horse, etc., make! 😀
Thank You!
Your daughter is adorable 🥰. She will be driving that tractor in no time!
Again I’ll say get the scratching poles up. I just saw “star”scratching on one of your two trees left for shade for your bisons.
Oh yeah! I’d love to have some
Two months ago, on the Farmer Tyler Ranch channel, he installed a scratcher for his cattle. The video is titled ‘Fence Teardown is Complete and a New Scratcher for the Cows’.
Brooks looking up at you was great, shes such a cutie!! Your beautiful family is such a blessing!!🙏💕🙏
Hello,
From the time I was 10 years old ( am now 71) I have always had a special place in my heart for bison! Thank you so much for sharing your ranch life with us. Your daughter is DARLING. My one and only child( a son) is now 37 years old. The kids really do grow up so fast! Elizabeth Clark Goodrich, Texas
Great seeing more of Marissa. We are hoping to get to know her better. Lovely individual. ❤ Thank you
Your little one is such a cutie. Children are a blessing, so are grandchildren.
I have never worried about Brooks- she is being raised by wonderful parents in a wonderful environment
Love your videos and enjoy watching them.May the lord bless and protect you and your family and the bison
I love when your family is together!!😄
I can’t say enough how much I enjoy this channel. Bison has always been my favorite animal since child hood. Watching your beautiful family makes it more enjoyable. Thanks for the great videos you bring us. 😀
The Bisons manure will help fantastically for that slow-producing area, praying for some decent rain!!
Always glad to see how you put pride into thede beautiful animals and always the needed safty for your baby girl brooke and marsia, you treat them very good and those beasts trust you.
Something Farmer Tyler Ranch does is when he spreads his hay in the field is he finds a patch that is lacking and feeds the bale there. Because all the wasted hay and seeds in the hay goes back into the field and sprouts... there by enriching the field without any extra cost or work. So, I was thinking that if you spread your hay bales in spots in the field that were lacking... that the wasted hay would enrich those bad patches.
Ash from a burn will change the pH of the soil. You need a soil test and be sure to consider the soil pH when selecting which cover crops where. 💖🌞🌵😷
They'll add some fertilizer too.
Love the interaction between brookes and marissa and talking about the seeds its funny that when you yalk there is always a bison around you !!! There is big joe!!!! Get him his treats i love hearing brookes talk to big joe have a great day
Dusty, GOD blessed you with caring for HIS Majestic Bison and you and your family are doing a darn good job!
They had us at 90% chance of rain and so far it all stayed in the Gulf and in Mexico. We need rain bad.
Those mineral tubs make great plant containers.
Always love watching Y'all out with the bison. Brookes sure has grown. Hope you get a good cover crop where you seeded. GOD BLESS you.
Hey y’all,
This is my first time ever seeing a Bison and how they are in real life, they are such amazing animals, they don’t seem to be mean at all.
I am so sorry that you lost the baby bison, and I truly hope that the momma is going to be well in health and fine in living.
Your repore with the momma bison was sweet she knew she could trust you and she knew you were gonna help her and so did Big John.
That Big John is a BIG BISON! WOW
You seem to love all your animals and take good care of them, and it shows they love it and you have their complete trust.
Your farm is very nice and well taken care of, you can tell you never stop attending everything.
Good luck, take care in your everyday work on the farm and with the animals.
I hope there is enough crimson clover in the mix to make the pasture beautiful ! I also hope the Bison don’t eat seeds along with grass.
Y’all are a beautiful family … like a ray of sunshine ❤love y’all💕
Dusty, you are amazing! You get more work done with a baby on your hip than some people get done on a good day! Father of the year goes to you! 🏆 ❤😊
The bison are looking great and healthy Brooke is adorable she loves being out with her Dad and the bison Marissa is looking great also
What a wonderful sight to look out over the land and see these bison roaming over the grasslands. Thank you and your family and everyone out there that is doing everything you can to return the lands to what nature intended and for your passion and dedication to America's Bison.
Dunbar is looking good. His eye is so much better. Was there any vision loss and did you ever figure how that happened? You have a beautiful family. It’s going to be fun watching Brookes riding Cora, when it’s time. You are so good with your Bison. It’s fun to watch. We are not zoned for livestock, but you make it so tempting, anyway. 💕
Your cover crop is also known as "green manure." It will add good organic matter to your soil. In essence, you're feeding your soil in order to feed your prairie grasses.
Great episode ! I love to see the whole family out there checking and feeding the bison . It seems like a great lifestyle. Thanks for sharing !
Thanks, great fun with the family. ✌🏻👊🏼
Brooke is getting so big! Love seeing the whole family out and watchin the bison! I'll be prayin' for some rain! Great video! God bless.😊❤
Hi folks, so glad you got a few spits of rain. Hope the fall and winter brings happy changes for you. Blessings.
Love the last shot of you three in the vehicle , smilin' 'n' laughin' together in the cooler air after a special outing ! With all the challenges, life is so good ! Blessings, Grace and Peace.
I love your thinking, plus it gives a natural fertilizer.😂😂
You got that right!
Love seeing Brooks/Marissa, beautiful family; hope you get rain very soon. ♥️🙏🏻Love/Blessings
Prayers for health and safety!🙏❤️🙏
I hope that this seeding program works well for you. Hold on to those mineral tubs. Those are to grow vegetables in. Those are highly sought after by gardeners. I wish I could get some here in North Florida.
Brooks hair is getting so long! She's sure growing up fast.
Good day to all
Enjoyed watching the video Dusty 😊
get your buddy at ag extension to check the soil that is bad, maybe you can add it what it is lacking, to help it grow better grass
Hello Dusty, Marissa & Miss Brooks
I love watching the Bison. They remember.
Blessings of Abundance in all that you may need & prayers for the continued growth of CTB. ❤
~Linda
The calf was very interested in Mia, i was wondering how long itxwould be before Mia moved.
Great idea, the best of luck to you ❤
I am totally fascinated with these beautiful creatures from God. Thanks for all you do for them!
Love learning about the Bison. Your daughter is adorable. Melissa is a great partner in bison tending.
Blessings be 🙏. You have a very sweet family. Baby Brooks is growing up👍😊❤️
Nice video! I’m always up to seeing the Bison! Beautiful herd bub! ❤ prayers and blessings from the OKC Grandmother.
Growing up when we seeded oats and alfalfa, my dad always had an old, broken winter tractor chain that drug behind the seeder to smooth the ground over. It worked great.
Dusty,Marisa & Brooke great job on the video, really cute to see Brooke out helping mixing the seed together, hope you get some rain really soon for the seed to come up. Take care of that cute family of your. David B. , Utah. 🦬🦬🦬♥♥♥.
Always nice to learn how you take care of your land and bison ❤❤❤
The babies are getting so big. Praying 🙏 for rainfor yall.❤
Brookes is so beautiful. You guys are doing great with the bison.
So cute how excited brooks is 🎉🎉🎉
Enjoy the Bison! Thanks for sharing! 😊
So next spring will you have to replant all those places to get warm weather grasses growing?Maybe you could just plant cubes along with the grass and the bison would take care of the property 😁😁
What a lovely happy family you are!!! Just love you all!!! xx
Laura from South Africa
I couldn't help but laugh when your precious daughter said what was in the bucket smelled lime poop! I lost it 😂😂😂😂😂😂
WOW Brooke sitting on the Tractor with Dad and so happy ❣....Something she will always remember....Thanks Dusty ans Family 👍 Old Shoe🇺🇸
Such a beautiful majestic animal they all are .❤❤❤
Can people ride along while you feed cubes so that they can see bison up close? I would love to do that!
There's a liability issue with outsiders riding with Dusty. Pretty expensive insurance to take out of budget
Hairy Vetch is a nitrogen fixer for your soil too! That helps your grass grow.
Love watching and learning From Pennsylvania.
Be blessed
I love this family farm stuff ,may God bless you and your family. 😊
Brook is going to make such a good Bison rancher 😃😃 She's a beautiful little girl ❤ Will the Bison not eat the seeds ? 💕💕💕🙏🙏💕💕💕
I highly suggest getting the soil tested in those spots that are always bare or don't grow well. It may just be a simple fix with fertilizer.
Love seeing your cute little girl. She so adorable.
Love watching your Bison they are interesting to watch
This family makes my heart happy❤❤❤
Love these bison videos. Dusty you and your family do such a great job with these bison. Cool video. 👍❤️
Beautiful day to be outside with the animals!
In the areas of your pasture where it's always bare you especially need to plant root crops like turnips and radish type seed. It needs to be planted throughout the pasture but especially in the bare areas because the ground is compacted and the tuber/root crops will open it up to accept rain. If you look back at the video of the session you had with the pasture management guy you will see where he told you that. It's hard to remember all this stuff but a review would help you a lot.
