  • On Monday, players competed in the field events, and the top scores in distance and putting moved on to the exciting distance and putting showcase. The showcase was set up on the Santa Cruz pier, with players throwing a 425 foot shot across the water to a DISCatcher set up on the beach. There was a guaranteed prize of $5000 for a first throw that aced, and $500 for a second or third shot that aced. Each player had 3 throws.
Team Discmania player Seppo Paju threw his first shot and missed, but in front of over 700 spectators, perhaps 1000, his second shot found the chains and he was sitting on a $500 ace!!! We captured the excitement and elation Seppo felt when he struck chains with a Firebird. This ace adds to Double G's increadible first throw of the tournement yielding an ace. That's special stuff; That's what the worlds is all about!

@SeeMeEat haha and your point about the disc is not valid. I bet your the one who gave it a thumbs down because you like to see the glass half empty...how sad you must be inside.

why are you on all his videos claiming its luck? he is in the worlds you need more then luck to play there. learn before you speak

is it luck? sure, luck has a lot to do with it,even in worlds, with pros and such, aces still rely on luck....the question is,is luck all there is? the answer is: no,luck got it so the wind and other factors at the basket were perfect, but the fact is,skill is what got it close enough to the basket for luck to be able to put it in....even pros need luck to get aces, but its still mostly skill
