F22C AE86 Supercharged Episode

The Levin coupe gets more machismo with the edition of an HKS supercharger unit adapted to work on the 86. We hit the dyno for a tune and take a couple of test laps to check response. nothing crazy here just 8lbs of boost in a 2100lb corolla

Its not alot of boost but it sure makes a difference. A pulley change and some e85 would really spice things up. I only went this route because i got the kit for a very reasonable cost. But i say do it. 😁

This has to be one of the coolest AE86 track cars out there. Congrats on getting it sorted and ripping some serious TEC! (also, might be time for a roll bar, because warp speed has been achieved).

Thanks for the support my friend, still got some work to do but its big leaps closer. The harness bar is temporary for sure since the roll bar was fitted to the other chassis

What did you end up using for the driveshaft? Two-piece with adjustable center carrier?

Still working on that. Made some chassis adjustments and im having the hybrid two peice built using factory parts. If that doesnt work out ill move the carrier back in the chassis and eliminate the cv all together
