Guatape Antioquia is about 2 hours from Medellin Colombia and should be added to any list of Things to Do in Medellin Colombia. The ride from Medellin to Guatape takes you through some picturesque landscape so make sure you bring your camera!

Awesome! When I hit “FI” retire early in 2021 I plan to stay in Colombia for a very long time. US Passport gets us 6 months no visa necessary! Guatape, Medellin, Bogota, Cali etc I want to experience it all! Great Video again buddy 😊

There is more! You can actually climb the rock with cords and stuff, there are professional rock climbers that help you out and guide you. You can also go horseback riding (I'm not into it anymore though), go for a ride in cuatris (4wheeler) and taste the delicious paisa gastronomy. Lots more...

At the top of the rock there are vendors there selling food, drink and souveniers. There are no elevators too transport the stuffto the top of the rock, everything has to be carried to the top by a person.
