Here's what you'll need:
1 package of Egg Roll Wrappers (any brand is fine)
1 lb. of thinly sliced Chicken Breast
Mozzarella cheese (about 8-12 oz. depends on preference.. add a lot or a little)
2-3 Small sized Sweet peppers- assorted colors (Bell peppers work as well)
1 Medium Onion
5-6 Baby Bella Mushrooms (again, preference)
Tony's Creole Season
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Salt/Black Pepper
