Indian youth are pampered by their parents to become doctors and engineers. They are discouraged to follow any other profession. This attitude has made the youth nestle in a comfortable life . They lack activities but become book worms. They are not inclined towards a life of adventure or life of hardship like in the army. Indian youth vastly differ from youth of other countries, where sports and various adventure oriented activities are a must. Anything and everything good for their physique are being rejected with bus burning protests with the help of the opposition. Hence the youth reject but intend easy life. They reject pride over comfort. They reject Indian nationhood over political appeasements.

In 2014 BJP Came to Power...
Then the Cashflow increase for pension category...
BJP Never started any Public Sector, instead they Almost Sold everything away...
The Thirst of SCAM & MONEY LAUNDERING will never end for BJP
" PURCHASING our DIFFENCE EQUIPMENT is a GOOD BUSINESS for SCAM "....
So they wanted to increase the DIFFENCE BUDGET...
    So they cut SOLDIERS PENSION...
They are not cutting MLA's , MP's and their PERSONAL STAFF's PENSION...
NB : EACH MLA or MP has 10 to 20 PERSONAL STAFF'S...
    WTF....
    WHAT A CRAZY PATRIOTISM...

The most striking character of NSA Ajit Doval Ji is that you can never read his eyes or his facial expressions. There is always a shield that he wears and it is not so easy to predict him at all. A few people from the intelligence units I've met also have this same quality which is so amazing.🇮🇳

Army can conduct common entrance test like civil service. They can select first 10000 rank holders for permanent service and 30000 person as Agniveers as per ranks and as per willingness. Thats the correct thing. Army should consider this idea. In Agniveers also they can select top 25% for permanent postings

      Thats what he said .
When u prepare for a exam u give ur best . So selecting on that criteria might not be useful.
But when u are under surveillance for 4 years u will show ur true nature and strength. Thats a more correct way of selecting i think

Mr. Doval has replied excellently, has clear concepts on internal security concerns & future external threat perceptions. He has the responsibilities and has to carry these out effectively.1-Earlier we had NCC & Social Work, Scout periods preparing students for practical works. Agniveer is a good training cum feild experience scheme for students who want to contribute to the national security or those who do not choose conventional careers after studies. Everyone wants to prove himself useful to the society & earn a living from his abilities. New systems are often opposed by existing workers. Therefore, it's benefits have to be explained. The nation has to deal with indisciplined/anti-national elements & so there is a need for internal security. Suitable career avenues can be created for ex-agneeveers in general public life.

Sir, thank you for your valuable interview and I am not a person to reach you in atleast dreams also.
Regarding Agnipath, Govt failure is, the candidates who were qualified in physical tests, long jumps, screening tests, just they are waiting for final written tests since three years.
Govt doesn't wanted to clarify about these candidates and delayed, wasted their time.
Very simply atleast Govt has to intiate them in state forces.
Most of the eligible poor and BPL Candidates are choosing Army, because of no bribe.
Only Army post is the bribe less in the whole country.
Sir, If am wrong, please forgive me.

It's saddening too see one's efforts & preparation going to waste but the benefits of this scheme to the 140Cr Indians who are alive today and the future generation will outweigh the above mentioned negatives.
And life is a balancing game, situation will always change and we have to face the situation and manage our way out of those situations.
Those who have prepared for prior military selection and qualify age & other eligibility criteria are better off than a candidate who is starting his physical and educational preparation just now.

One of genuine concern to raise , but vandalism of public property will serve no cause if any it will have negative impact on bringing light to the issue of candidates who have done all this hard work for selection. Now if they get involved in this violence approach there credibility to serve army is totally lost
