My driving test is in a few days so thank you! My instructor says I’m ready, but I know I could make a stupid mistake at any point which could fail me so fingers crossed I don’t!🤞

@@DeanLeitch unfortunately not. I only had 1 serious fault (no other minors or anything), the rest of it was fine. I failed for waiting in a right turn box for too long. It was a useful learning experience though, and the examiner was very fair and nice. Thankfully my rebooked test is only in 12 days, so hopefully that will go better 😂

Happy New Year guys! Re. Eva, I thought she drove really well and that's the level I want to be at (much more smoother than I am now). As for the mini roundabout? That's easily correctable! I'm sure Eva will do just fine come her test. Mine is due in April 🙂🤞🤞

I passed my test today! Sundays a great day for a test it was so quiet I was the only person at the centre and only one examiner with zero cards in the test centre car park.

I am thinking in a non-busy road like this strategy one is timing your approach so you are never coming up to an obstruction your side with oncoming traffic. So speed up and down within the limit. I think she did the preferable thing but if you think there is enough space to share move out and slow down. I think that would have been acceptable. and could be applied here. When you turn into new roads with parked cars assess the width straight away and think through the procedure you will be needing to adopt based on road space and watch out for oncoming large vehicles and cyclists too.

errr are you ok karen? if you're learning to drive you've probably only been in one car, for a limited amount of time, and the point of lessons is to learn the common buttons. put the whiskey down mate you've had enough
