A herd of buffalo chase down a pride of lions

Amazing interaction between the Mhangene pride and a large herd of over 400 buffalo. One of the lionesses was thrown in the air while trying to run away from the advancing herd.

Wow that is a big herd of buffalo and they most definitely don't like lions. What always smazes me though, is that as much as the lions retreat they are never too far away and it's only a matter of time. Thanks so much for posting.

Glad they are back in a relatively safe area, buffalo not withstanding. Question is just how many lionesses were seen. "Smiley" might've been in Singita with the Nkuhuma male, and the Ottawa male's cub definitely appears in this video.
