In listening to these teachings and in reading the word myself, it is apparent that this new heaven and earth are the first time God the Father dwells with us. The return of Jesus on Mt. Zion was Jesus, and he leads in the 1000 year reign but God cannot be here then as sin is still in the world. What a glory that will be to live in the presence of God the Father. His glory will be the light that fills the world.

I believe Being in the presence of glorious God will make a person no longer yearn for anything or anyone but he will be ultimately satisfied, that will make his pain, tears and saddness go away.

20:52 I can’t help but think believers are all observing the Great White Throne Judgement. We have to witness the judgment of our loved ones who died without Christ. We have to know and be in agony over these things. I think those are the tears he wipes from our eyes before we enter the new Heaven. Thoughts??
Thank you Pastor Gary Hamrick, for your endept teaching I am learning alot. In the Authorized King James version. Under Revelation 21:12 gave a reference scripture verse. Ezekiel 48:31-34. That outlined the encampment. It's a bit different to the encampment taught in this Bible study session.
I'd hope we keep our memories and gain a better understanding that puts those past relationships and experiences in context so that everything just makes sense.
23 says the city doesn’t need the sun or the moon, but perhaps the new heaven and earth verse 1 have all the normal stuff, sun, moon, stars, and all
If the encampent setting is correct, then Dan and Ephriam would be replaced with Joseph and Levi for out of the 12 tribes/144,000 it states Levi and Joseph, and the rest listed.

This New Heaven and Earth, regarding people who are they,are they the Earthly inhabitants or they descended from heaven. I really wanted to know. Ofcourse my curiosity is nothing but my Faith is my salvation.i just put this extra ordinary question for knowledge only. If it can be revealed.

Does anyone have a chronological order of the time frame from the rapture to revelation 22?.
If you die a sinner ... is there a tribulation chance for that person or only those alive during the rapture
Pastor Gary you just said believers will live longer. Which means sometime in the future will end or die. But in 22 there is there is a verse that includes NO DEATH.

Good day, Pastor Gary. Will my mom and dad in heaven still remember me and my kids though? Will I be able to identify and rekindle my passed on loved ones? I am holding onto this reward for my daily pain of losing them. This believe keeps me going. Thank you.
@petulaturner I’m led to believe we will and more. We will have great joy and love for ALL in the new heaven and earth! We can’t really fathom that idea in our corrupt world of now, but what a glorious day that will be!!
Pastor Gary might have forgotten that Mathias was chosen to replace Judas as the 12th apostle.

If we live forever and ever then why do we have longevity of life considered young if we "die" at 100?

Sadly not all of us will be lucky to live to see a 100. We’re mortal the moment we’re born. We can die at any time. By sickness, accident, murder, old age if we’re lucky.
do the children play with animals?
Do our glorified bodies need to eat Pastor Gary?
Question- several generations will pass during that thousand years, and people will die while Satan is bond. Those people will have do choose between Jesus and Satan. I still don’t understand why Satan needs to be loosed for the last group of people to choose. 🤷♀️

Ok but serious question; what did it mean about the bride?
In the Bible when someone talks about his Bride, it means the Church. Us-the Church, is his Bride.
The church is the bride of Christ. The New Jerusalem, the capital of the earth will be adorned (dressed) as a bride (beautiful). But is not THE bride.
Pastor Gary on revelation 21-22 you say saints will live LONGER which means life is long and then die. This contradicts revelation 19-20 verse that includes NO MORE DEATHS. What is true?

Pastor Gary you just read a verse that includes, NO MORE DEATH, therefore we the saints will live forever. How come that in other teaching you said, that we or the saints will live longer, 100 years or more. That means we’ll die.

New heaven and a new earth but no longer any sea. Why is this so??
I've just been thinking about this...possibly some connection to Atlantis or to more ancient Mesopotamian myths that look at the sea as symbol of the chaos from which the first heaven and first earth were created through the Word. According to Peter, the Jewish understanding of creation at that time period was that the earth had been formed out of water - which aligned with these other traditions. Curious to hear more thoughts on this though...

I hope he is wrong about there being no sea, sun, moon, or night on the New Earth. I prefer to live on an earth with those things than without them. Besides, weren't those things created by God in the beginning and called good?
@andrewbethea yes He called them good. But He has something BETTER in heaven. Trust Him.
I love the beautiful creation God has created here on earth as well. Sunrise and sunsets…water reflection…but better??? How exciting!!

I would also like to add, when you say, "The earth spins on its axis" you are speaking based on what is called (Indoctrinated Astronomical Science). Astronomical Science is based on theory, or theoretically assumed, and is not biblical. Based on Joshua 10:13, how can a 1,000 mile an hour spinning ball suddenly stop spinning for a day? Everything standing would violently fall to the east, bodies of water would all violently spill Eastward as well. As I read and study the Bible, God gives us some 75 biblical verses telling us exactly how He created the earth. And, He does not use man made, theoretical, Astronomical Science in His Word.
