    So glad I stumbled on your videos. We are so enjoying your preaching. I’m so grateful for your reminder of psalm 56:8 , that the Lord collects our tears in a vat, oops I meant bottle. When bottles just aren’t enough, you know what I’m saying. 😂 (Oh! That just gave me a title for a devotional- “When Bottles Just Aren’t Enough”) I was/am going through a difficult time in my life, but trusting heavily in Christ. Like Peter said, where else can I go.

    Pastor Gary, I have a question: in the Millennial Kingdom when our Savior is on the Throne on the earth, people will be born and die as we do right now....they will live their lives in a world that will truly be Heaven on Earth, and, they will still have (according to your opinion) a sinful nature what is their destiny when they die???

    Thank you so very much for this series - I have learned lots. I am struggling to find the answer to a question though. If the reason for satan being released at the end of the 1000 years is to see who those alive at the end of the 1000 years will follow - Jesus or the devil - what happens to those who are born and die in the 1000 years? They will only ever have known Jesus on His throne/ as King - and will not have had to make a choice.

    Nice lesson but I'm confused about the 1k years. Of course time can mean something different to God. It seems we are getting signs that the end is near. Is 1k yrs a generation.. The mocking tone of people questioning ashes in the sea... Be sure to take care of yourself spiritually as a teacher. Very important & things like that may show a issue. In Revelation 2 it says 10 days prophetically ten years. Don't get the last seven years of Daniel's prophesied 70 weeks mixed up with the great tribulation that is to come.

      @wonderingchild1 Před 2 lety +1

      @@staceyglenn2171 my take is if they don’t live until the time that satan is released, they die in sin, just like now. So basically if they live until the testing, and don’t follow satan, they will “enter into Heaven… after satan is done away with. Revelation 20:10 It’s hard to wrap our heads around this “age” But I bet that if Adam & Eve had a glimpse of this age, in what “they” had… would probably freak out, seriously! In the same way, scriptures describe a similar condition… in where they can be deceived after satan is released! I don’t pretend to understand all of it! But don’t allow satan to mess with your head about it! The Lord is sovereign! And we trust Him! 🙌🏼🕊

    (At 14:42) Of course, it's just conjecture, but I wonder if Satan's deception at the end of the millennium will be to tell men that they can have all of the peace, joy, and prosperity that they are experiencing, but without having anyone to rule and reign over them (i.e., Christ).
    ...just humble conjecture.

    I am suprised that you are useing a symbolic interpretation of the word "Gehenna" at a point when you are saying that the Scripture is literally acurate-not symbolic. Your defenition of "Gehenna" ( 18:19) "Lake of Fire" is purely symolic in that Jesus never used it with that defenition. The word gehenna (atually Gee'nna) is the Aramaic/Greek transliteration of the Hebrew ge-hinnom, meaning “Valley of [the sons of] Hinnom.” This valley, south of Jerusalem, was where some of the ancient Israelites “passed children through the fire” (sacrificed their children) to the Canaanite god Molech (2 Chronicles 28:3; 33:6; Jeremiah 7:31; 19:2-6). The place is called “Tophet / Topheth” in Isaiah 30:33. In later years, Gehenna continued to be an unclean place used for burning trash from the city of Jerusalem. Jesus used Gehenna as an illustration of a literal place existing with the attributes of the known earthly Gehenna. No where is there a transliteration or description by Jesus of Gehenna as a "lake of fire." That defenition is symbolicly inserted to connect the use of "Lake of fire" in Revelation with the Gospel proclomation. Gehenna literally means, ge-hinnom---the “Valley of [the sons of] Hinnom," as everyone knew, a valley of fire, pagan worship, death, decay and scandal.

    In Ezekial it talks about sacrifices during the Millennial kingdom as well as in Zechariah it talks about the nations being required to celebrate the festival feast of booths every year. Why? Isn't this all about God fulfilling His covenant with remnant Israel so all will see He is God?
