By Genji forcing Hanzo's dragons back at him he did weaken him, and he retreated his own dragon because he knew he'd kill him if he didn't.
They took those arrows out for being too OP. One shotting tanks
On some real shit. Scatter arrow was the shit that was my favorite ability as a hanzoâs mean. Iâm really sad they took it out of the game. It was kind of his identity honestly
Great reaction! Not sure if you are aware of their background before this? Hanzo is equally if not more skilled with a sword but ultimately swore never to use one again after believing he killed Genji with it. You can somewhat see that with the close quarters fight after he runs out of arrows here.

Kiriko trained with Hanson and Genji. Part of the reason for the reference with the goons. But yeah this is most peopleâs favourite for good reason!

another one of my favorites! the narrator for this is Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa! heâs done so much great work but in my heart heâll always be Shang Tsung from Mortal Kombat
I knew he sounded familiar!
When Hanzo uses his ultimate, he yells: "Ryƫu ga waga teki wo kuraƫ!" which is roughly translated as "Let the dragon consume my foes!", while Genji replies "Ryƫjin no ken wo kƫrae!" one of the meanings of which is "The dragon becomes me!". With it, the only person, that stands there is Hanzo, as Genji became the dragon, symbolizing, that Hanzo's only enemy is himself.
Also, Hanzo has two dragons to symbolize both Genji and Hanzo as he thought that he killed his brother. Hanzo lost himself and with it, he lost the control over his dragons.

the scatter arrows were too powerful, as u could shoot them at the enemy's feet, and kill anyone that's not a tank, in 1 shot... they changes it quite a bit before OW2, but OW2 took away most CC, 2x shield tanks, and 1 shot mechanics...
