Astigmatism is a refractive error, meaning it is not an eye disease or eye health problem - in fact nothing is particularly wrong with the eye; it's simply a problem with how the eye focuses light. In an eye with astigmatism, light fails to come to a single focus on the retina to produce clear vision. Instead, multiple focus points occur.
Likewise for us women, us human beings, when we believe the lies of the enemy about ourselves it is not because we have an issue with our eyes and what we see when we look at ourselves but, in fact, it is because there has been a problem with how the eye focuses light (Jesus). I pray this piece shifts your focus and exposes the tactic of the enemy and his lies. Let's focus our gaze back on the One whom defines us, Jesus. Amen!
