In this clip, Vlad brought up to Keefe D that there’s a rumor that Eric Von Zip took $1 million that Diddy gave him to give to Keefe D after 2Pac was killed. Vlad added that TK Kirkland, who was living with Zip, confirmed the story. Keefe D then revealed that the FBI confirmed the story about the money, which you can hear more about above. - Zábava

Sadly it might be true, but they simply have no evidence of that except from Keefe Ds words. It's not enough to substantiate an investigation, or a conviction. Its fucked up if there was money involved, because that confirms it was a hit job. It's the reason Keefe D has been able to stay out of trouble, running his mouth openly about killing Pac. They didn't have the evidence to corroborate that until now, which is why it took so long to get him. If Diddy really paid out to kill Pac, who knows how long it will take before he is linked to it. He will probably be dead by then of old age lol.
