One issue with enclosure is heat dissipation. If the ssd overheats it can affect performance and lifespan.

Yes it is. Single rank means the IC of the RAM will be fixed on only one side. Single rank RAM also perform bit slower compared to dual rank RAM.
Dual rank RAM is where IC are fixed on both of the sides. It performs better overall.

Heating issue with NVME
I have Purchased , XPG S70 of 2TB and connected with EVM Enclosure. When i checked speed with crystaldisk application , its heated like i cannot hold enclosure in hand . Is it normal with NVME ? Also for information Heatsink is there in EVM enclosure .
Use a seperate heat sink not the one which comes with enclosure package

Kshitij bhai mere purane(bohot purane) laptop mein hdd failure hua hain. Toh 2.5" Sata mein main SSD le raha hun. Ab isme issue yeh hain mera purana hdd 5v - 0.55a power consume karta hain aur lag bhag sab ssds 5v - 1a use karte hain aur kuch teamforce vulcan jaise 1.7a.
Shayad Dram wale bhi power zyada hi use karenge. Aur yeh mera secondary laptop hain jiski exhange value 2-3K se zyada nai toh mujhe 1Tb hdd ka investment bhi nai karna. Please suggest karein

External portable SSD ka Data recovery bhi bhot expensive h… 35,000 rupees for 512 GB. Better make your own portable ssd with ssd enclosure. You can also add heat sink in NVME.
