- Brownies come in many shapes and forms, but primarily brown. Making microwave brownies (aka mug cake ) in a round shape with blueberries inside them can be challenging but if you give it a try you just might find that these brownies are medium okay.

Okay thanks for the reminders! Here's the recipe
Grab your second favorite mug.
3 tablespoons all purpose flour
3 tablespoons packed brown sugar (or go ahead and use white)
3 tablespoons cocoa dust
a pinch of fresh sea salt (or table salt or enlightened salt or kosher salt)
wangjangle the dusts together
add in 2 tablespoons melted butter and 3 tablespoons milk
OR 2 tablespoons coconut oil (or some other tasteless oil) and 3 tablespoons of milk from nuts
wangjangle this concoction together until you have brownie sludge
add in a quarter to a half cup of dank melon blueberries depending on how healthy you like your brownies
you can gently mix them or burst them apart depending on how you like your blueberries
throw it in the microwave for 1:20 on high and add more seconds if it doesn't seem cooked through
DO NOT BURN YOUR FACE
it's honestly really hot so give it some time and blow on it or throw it in the freezer for a few hours before eating it

For people considering making this, just make a large portion of they dry mix and store it in a nice tight container. You can just measure out single servings and add the wet ingredients as necessary for instant cup-o-chocolatude-deliciosity.

For me the recipe always comes out more like a dense cake instead, but damn does it taste good. I also like to brown the butter beforehand, and add a pinch or so of coffee powder to the mix. I have to skip the blueberries though, since we don't have them here
EDIT: Oh, I add vanilla extract too! I realize I've basically departed from the recipe at this point, but IMO it's a great starting base for experimentation. It's delicious without modifications too

I have adhd and this channel helps me concentrate more than other channels, thanks alot and i love the jokes, they help me happier😂😂🫶
Easier one:
- 4 spoons of selfrising flour
- 3 spoons of sugar
- 2 spoons of cocoa powder
- 3 spoons of sunflower oil (literally any oil)
- 3 spoons of milk
mix it all together and put it in the microwave (800W) for 2 minutes and 20 seconds and your done :)
(Tip. pour a little bit of milk on it after you baked it, or a teaspoon of cocoa paste in it)

ironically enough this is the first time I've ever made a perfect mug cake.

ok so this is the first mug cake recipe that doesn’t taste like ass. of course it is a tad gummy as all microwaved things turn out, but it’s delectably rich and chocolaty, and the fact that it doesn’t need eggs or baking powder is wonderful. 10/10 would make again. (also I added a quartered lindnt chocolate and it was MAGICAL)

In all seriousness, this is legitimately a fast and efficient way to make a decent dessert, it's hot, chocolatey, spongey and gooey and energy efficient. and a good way to use up any fruits that have seen better days.
I was about to reply "who TF doesn't bake in a proper oven to be more environmentally friendly" and then realised that heating up an oven is expensive and bills aren't going to pay themselves. You have made a terrific point my friend.
(although running the oven in a small flat in the winter ironically keeps the bill down. :D )

For me this works great, but if you don’t have a fruit to add or you want to add chcoolate chips, I’d say add a tad more milk or butter, since the fruit gives a lot of moisture

i made my own brownie mug years ago, but i grabbed it too fast so my hand got burned, and then my mug fell and hit the floor. It smashed. my fav mug smashed into small pieces, just like my broken dreams. i was in denial, and then i got in rage. after that i slowly fall into despair. My life haven't been the same ever since that happened.
hopefully this video will helped me to get over my sadness and my failure, and also manage to get over my fear of burning hand. and i hope I will be able to cope with my loss of my favorite yellow sunshine mug after this :'(

For the ones who wonder the nutrition facts of this amazing brownie, I made rough math and here are my results; 411 cal, 38 g carb, 24 g fat, 7 g protein.

No way only 38 carbs. There's 3 tbsp of sugar, which would be 36g of carbs before even adding the flour
made this and thought it was gonna turn out like the rest of the mug brownie recipes on youtube where it's just a goop, but after giving it more time in the microwave it turned out incredibly good especially with some added chopped raspberries

This recipe was great! I recommend you guys to skip eating the mug part unless you know it's a quality mug. Otherwise, the flavor of the mug itself could dull the flavor of the rest of the stuff. Still, the mug does give the brownie an enjoyable crunchiness.
